It was delivered weeks after promised date. I tried it and had an allergic reaction and it took weeks trying to get instructions to return. Finally did and I'm waiting for the refund. Bad product and bad customer service.

I was surprised by the information on the bottle that it might be six months to see any difference. I will not 'try' something for that long before I can see a difference. I want to cancel my subscription ASAP.

i tried to email and call regarding my order. I had accidentally ordered 4 sets of the treatment products instead of just one. So when I saw the large of $229 on my card i was surprised, i tried calling and emailing but i could not get through, and it took a while for the products to arrive so I was concerned about the charge since i did not know i had ordered four or there was maybe a clerical area on your end. I reached out to my bank and reported the charge, they reimbursed me for the extra three sets. I would like to send these back to you. Can you send me a shipping label or a return code?
No one replies to my email or voice messages and no one answers the phone. I signed up for the subscription to ship every 3 months. Now it is shipping every month.
I need this changed back to every 3 months ASAP or I will cancel my membership an orders.

When I ordered I was suppose to have 2 day shipping. It took 10 days to receive it.
My experience was good
