Very convenient in placing my order. I'm already loving it and I got rid of all my hair shampoos. I'll use it more longer to avail the continuous benefits I am experiencing.

Too many "add ons". I will try the product and decide later if the other products are necessary

Your system sent two orders when I only ordered one. I have documented 13 calls on hold and then thrown into a voicemail. I have written, called and tried to contact you through your contact page. ZERO response. I turned the issue over to my credit card company because you shipped the orders together so I could not even refuse one. I have the other to return to you as soon as Discover confirms you will pay return shipping for incorrect order. You may have a good product yet I have never had worse service.
Frustrating! I wish to cancel my subscription and cannot find where to do it.

I have been using Shapirio for quite awhile and for some reason. After ordering this last time I am getting small sores on my head. I have quit using for a week and the sores are still not popping up.

I sent several emails and never got a human response. My order said shipped but when I checked tracking each day the arrival date got pushed back every day as if the package was just sitting somewhere waiting to be picked up.
The women on the phone were very helpful though and I appreciated the call back feature rather than having to wait on hold.

I've used the shampoo 5 times so far & love it. I wash my hair 2 or 3 times a week. I'm unsure about how to use the foam. I've been using it every day on my wet or dry hair. I just want to know if that is the correct way to use it since I don't wash my hair every day.
