Just started using the product don't have any results yet!

I did receive my order eventually ( after over a month) I was charged >$45 for shipping to Canada? Is that the norm? Thanks Chris

I called 4 times each time voice said all busy
Gave my # for a call back waited 4 houra no call back
I used the the product 2 times AND HAD A BAD REAGION DIZZY AND EYES

Very convenient in placing my order. I'm already loving it and I got rid of all my hair shampoos. I'll use it more longer to avail the continuous benefits I am experiencing.

Overall it's good.

Too many "add ons". I will try the product and decide later if the other products are necessary

Took a long time to deliver. But we will see how it works. I will follow all directions and I will give it 3 months to see if it really helps.

Wasn't told about extra charge for foam products & extra products

Frustrating! I wish to cancel my subscription and cannot find where to do it.

I sent an email requesting the order be canceled with no response.

So far, I haven't noticed any changes but it has only be two weeks, so really expected none. I love the shampoo and conditioner. Will wait for more time to pass before I comment more...hopeful.

I have been using Shapirio for quite awhile and for some reason. After ordering this last time I am getting small sores on my head. I have quit using for a week and the sores are still not popping up.

It was good for couple of weeks then my hair started falling like crazy. Now I think it's diminished

I sent several emails and never got a human response. My order said shipped but when I checked tracking each day the arrival date got pushed back every day as if the package was just sitting somewhere waiting to be picked up.

The women on the phone were very helpful though and I appreciated the call back feature rather than having to wait on hold.

I've only had the product a couple of weeks

I've used the shampoo 5 times so far & love it. I wash my hair 2 or 3 times a week. I'm unsure about how to use the foam. I've been using it every day on my wet or dry hair. I just want to know if that is the correct way to use it since I don't wash my hair every day.
