Phoned to check my order no body answer the phone / left message to call back never call me back
It took almost a month to ship. I asked why it's taking so long to the customer service # and NO ONE responded. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

If you even care, I have called to speak to a supervisor, was told they would call me back - never did. I set up a concierge appt with specific time and date, they never calle some. Emailed Tanya, whose email contact is in the packaging, no reply. Sent out a final attempt to contact through *******@shapiromd about 4-5 days ago, so far no friggin reply. About to send his product back because I refuse to use it until someone contacts me! *******429

Hello, after I received my first order, I wrote to say that I had accidentally ordered a product for men. I wanted to return a portion of that order as I am a woman. The only response I received was this kind of survey asking if I was satisfied with the customer service. I did not receive any customer service regarding my wanting to return part of the order. The feeling I get is that this is a large company and now that they have my money, they don't care about customer service. I am hoping this is an oversight and that someone will contact me regarding return part of the order. Thank you. Christine Titus
I have called multiple times to delay my next order as it's lasting longer than I expected. I cannot reach anyone and have not received a call back. I don't see a place on your website to delay the date of my next shipment.

I sent an email about four days ago and have not received a response. However, I've received 1-2 emails every day in the past four days telling me my next shipment is getting ready in 5 days. That's annoying and too many emails.
