I'm holding comments until I use the product awile
The delivery was very fast. I am on my 2nd wash so I cant tell the difference right now. It's to soon.

First time my order was for $300.00. I didn't receive order for 10 days. When I contact customer service number they didn't answer call. I called 2 more times. No answer. Fourth time I called left my phone number and name for CS to call me on status of order. Nobody call me. Few days letter I went online on shapiromd.com and get connected with virtual assistant they said once order.will be shipped you will be notified by email. After few days I called again. Same ans. I requested to compensate for delay. They retired 10% of my total order. Finally I gave up and call for refund. Very poor customer service.
Tell you the truth, I have not even tried the product yet. It is still in the box. But I am not authorizing any more Shapiro products to be sent to me unless I request it. You are not authorized to take anymore money out of my account for future. This is my decision And I would like email or phone number or something if I need to get in contact with you. Customer service...

The shampoo seems to be working out well. It is not heavy on my hair. My hair loss is a little less on some days. Not a big change in hair loss but I am hopeful with consistent use it will get better.
I ordered a one month supply and you guys sent me a 4-month supply and charge me for 4 month supply when I tried to cancel the order and send it back they kept trying to get me to keep it keep it keep it while I haven't seen any results with it so you'll probably end up getting it all back anyway
Have not seen any results yet, so disappointed. I will continue using it though to see if I get good results.
I was misled buying 4 months supply thinking that it's worth $58 and trying to contact the number so I can just get 1 shampoo and conditioner to try the products but after several attempts I never get in touch with the customer service. I emailed the address in the information but I never got any response. I was so disappointed.
