My order was initiated from a Facebook ad. I was skeptical because I have already been scammed from those ads. So I called Shapiro Customer Service. She assured me it was real. So I proceeded with the order, but when I did it the the website the offered sale price became invalid BUT the sales person honored the Facebook Ad price. Thank you! I'm very happy with the transaction.
After I placed my order, i did not receive any email that my order was being processed, shipped or any tracking information. It would be great if that type of information was sent to inform customers of the order status. I didn't receive my order until 2 weeks later.
I meant to order one bottle and I ordered 3 the minute I did that I tried to cancel. I sent emails, no response. Your system is terrible. I sent back the unopened box return to sender. I will not do business with a company that is unresponsive. A full refund is expected.
