Ordered via instagram sponsored post. It was a bit confusing and I ordered more than I wanted.
I tried to cancel my order upon being charged for the entire amount... i thought it was a monthly charge and did not read that it was not. I was not happy I was charged the entire amount of over $200 to my visa.
I have not used the product and expected a quicker response time but actually did not get a response at alll until this today. I want to return the product for a FULL refund and the site should be more upfront about charging the entire amount to the consumer especially when times are unpredictable at best. I only thought I could afford it if it was charged monthly... disappointed in service!
When I ordered it wasn't clear as to amount. I didn't have the option to fix it and I ended up ordering way too much at a price I couldn't afford but had to spend anyway.
I ordered the incorrect amount of product and tried numerous times to fix the issue before it shipped but nobody returned my calls. So far, not very thrilled with this company. Hopefully the products will work well and change my mind.

The process has been very smooth. It's been a little shy of a month using the product. I was hoping to see a little difference by now but I will continue another month and see.
Just started using the product. Not sure yet if it is helping my thinning hair.
I would have given it a five until I had to press 'No thanks' for a subscription about 10 or more times. I was tempted to exit out!. Let your product first speak for itself and THEN I would consider a subscription. As it is, I'm buying 2 months worth.
Now that I've received & have been using the products twice a week (that's my normal shampooing schedule) for the last 2.5 weeks, I can see a positive difference in my loss of hair! I did order 2 sets of the 3 items so I'll see how long the first bottles last with both my husband and I using them and then will know how often to set my subscription up.

Purchasing the product was a breeze just waiting to see results. I did purchase a 4 month supply so I hope it works. I understand everybody is different. But I do like the shampoo and conditioner it makes my hair very soft and manageable. I only leave both products in my hair for 3 min only otherwise I get build up. I have very fine thin hair no balding yet cant wait to see results!
Sent an email that I have not received mt order and to date no one has emailed me back.
The shampoo seems to make my hair feel heavy. As if not all the shampoo and/or conditioner has been rinsed out. Also, threw away the product for men only. Don't send to females. It's wasteful
