I had trouble ordering from Canada. Several times it would not let me enter my province instead of state.
Had made phone call customer service the first time and after the second time left a message no call back. Instead chat with Kevin several times online and he has been very helpful and efficient.
I have received my order.
So far I am liking the product. The smell is fantastic and seems to be helping to make my hair look fuller and softer.
I was totally shocked when checking out at the total of my order. I didn't see in the very small print the number of bottles I was getting. It had already gone through payment so I was unable to cancel
I have been using the product every 2 to 3 days and honestly say I've seen no difference in my hair growth. Granted it's only been a month or so. I have and my hairdresser noticed Friday that since using the shampoo, my hair is a different color. It is naturally grey and now I have a honey or yellowish tone to my hair now.
I haven't used any color in my hair for years so your product is the only change to my routine. Not a happy camper with this issue

No hassle at all. Very easy.
The product initially took some hair. I've used it several times since and this has decreased. My hair is feeling coarse...is this normal? I will use it until it is gone, or I see more hair loss. I'll let you know.
It took quite awhile to get here. Wish I could buy it in Canada but really like the product

Slow to receive order

When ready to check out, it kept teying to sell me other products. Would've liked to skip all that and just go to checkout. It said it was two day shipping but took almost a week for product arrival. First order said I was going to get a free product with my order but didn't receive one. Now wondering if shampoo and conditioner will get me any results without the other products.
