I called and was on hold 27min when I was forced to leave my number and someone will call me back within 2hrs i have not heard from anyone yet and has been 3week
My order was over $200 When I picked it up from the post office (was supposed to be delivered to my street address), there was a $50 customs charge. I am reluctant to order again when I had to pay one quarter of the total charge on customs And I was unaware that customs would be charged. Not pleased with that.
It was easy to check reviews and place my order.
Order was placed in error and I immediately contacted customer service via email in an effort to cancel same. No response. I received an order confirmation and again tried to cancel. No response. I kept the product because for me to return it and get a timely refund seemed pointless. I wasn't going to spend any more time or money. My initial mistake, I realize. But I take issue with no responses. Quick to take my money!
