I thought I was only buying one bottle for $34.99, but instead got stuck with a much bigger bill
Good, though I was unaware that I would receive 6 units of each product. This is a year's supply in my case. I guess that makes sense since it was so pricey. Maybe it indicated the quantity in the original order, but I'm too busy to sort through it and verify. We'll see if the product works, I hope it does - I want and need thicker hair. The other thing I wasn't aware of and is annoying is the instructions say to leave the product in your hair for 4 minutes - both shampoo and conditioner. That's a LONG time in my world. Again, I wish I had known this and I may not have kept the product.

I was ordering the offer for $57. And at check out they charged me over $200.00. I blocked my card so it won't go through. What a scam. I want to cancel. It is too expensive for my budget. How do I cancel?

My order took longer to come than expected, however I understand the delays. One of the products leaked but not too much so won't bother contacting anyone to have it replaced. The box was a little damaged.Hoping the product is good!

I received my products in a timely matter. The shampoo was COMPLETELY BUSTED OPEN (unusable) I suggest you pack the product more secure
I'm not happy with the product my hair loss just got worse. I was unable to get in contact with any one. I want my subscription to end dont want any more product shipped to me
I am very unhappy with these products. In fact I think I am losing more hair than before I began using e products. The creme rinse is terrible. My hair is very tangled after using it.
Could not find the instructions and then at the end kept adding things you need,.
