I tried for 3 days to reach someone at customer service. No one ever answered. I even hit 9 when prompted to do so, in order for someone to call me back. No one ever called me back.

I'm very disappointed with the product. I need to return it. It was very misleading. It should have cost around $60 but instead it was over $200!

I thought it's FedEx who was the one delivering, and it passed the delivery date. After sometime I received a claim tag from post office and I paid $30+ for custom?

I'm still losing hair and haven't found the product to be helpful yet. I've been using it for 3-4 weeks since getting my first shipment of the shampoo and conditioner and mousse. Frustrating. Especially because the product is more expensive than I'm comfortable spending.

I've only been using the shampoo and conditioner for a couple of weeks but so far I like the way it makes my hair feel. I think the size is small for the price they charge so it can get expensive monthly
