Very poor. So hard to get hold of your customer service. I was put on hold for many hours and i tried calling many times. Very disappointed. I've been using the product for almost a month and I never noticed any good result, i'm still having falling hairs. Product does not work for me.
So far, so good. I have only just started using the product.
Can't wait to try this shampoo and the conditioner,hopefully it would do a miracle in my hair.This shampoo has been working,and it hasn't been a month but I seen it works.I wanna keep on using it...

It's been good but putting in your address you can't put in the Province Ontario or my postal code L6W1A1 so had to put it in the billing address
I have only been using the shampoo and conditioner for more than a week and so far, I am liking its effect on my hair. I am starting to feel different & even my hair seems like it is having its volume. The scent is nice, too.
I am hopeful this will deliver with its promise so I can have bouncy hair with additional strands with continued use.
I also hope Shapiro products will be less expensive so that many others can afford it.
