I have previously left comments in other Comment sections, however, I must again express my complete disappointment in the Marketing, the response by Customer Service (i.e., recorded msg promises to return a call within 24 hours), attempts to avoid personal followup/conversation directly w/Customer after order has been placed. Very responsive on the SALES side, VERY POOR on the followup and/or Cancellation side. I was already upset bc my calls were not rtn'd for WEEKS (though multiples msgs were left), AND with how the product was marketed (making it appear that it w/b a $47 charge for a 2 month supply only to be billed over $200, which I COULD NOT afford for hair products), when I finally did reach someone to express my concerns, I only recv'd offers to keep the products at a reduced cost. I realize that is all a Customer Svc person is authorized to do, and that my concerns needed to be addressed at a higher level. Because of your deceptive marketing techniques AND your obvious efforts to avoid dealing with the customer post order, I would not keep/use your product even if it were GIVEN to me. I'm VERY SORRY & DISAPPOINTED to have to say these things. I had truly hoped for a great product, with efficient/effective follow up that was understanding of customer concerns. Instead, I can clearly see that you realize that your products are greatly OVERPRICED and you bait people in w/crafty ads making it appear that the order is lower priced, then you REFUSE to allow them the opportunity to cancel the order, hoping they will not go thru the trouble to return the product after waiting so many weeks to receive it. With these tactics in play, it would not matter how effective your product is...word will get around and it WILL effect your overall success. I can only hope that you will take these words constructively and address the issues effectively. Then, you would deserve any success & respect that would result.

Mine was an auto ship re-order that was started and charged to my credit card on-- 9 Sept.20, it took 9 days to arrive which seems excessive, even by this Covid thing slowing down the mail. I order many on-line items with other companies and their products show up in a reasonable time fashion. Other than slow delivery, the product is fine.

I don't like your product. It is very drying. And I am losing even more hair. I plan on returning the unused bottles for a full refund.

Bought this based on reviews but I haven't noticed any difference or improvement.
My experience with Shapiro has been favorable but I have not stopped the hair loss yet. I have had 12 hair treatments so far so it is too early to feel happy or sad.
I ordered Shapiro MD hoping that it would help me keep my hair and hopefully grow thicker, healthier hair.
The order came in a brown box but each product is nicely packaged.
I have been using the shampoo, conditioner, and foam on my hair for about a month.
It smells good. And the foam with the coffee in it seems to stimulate my scalp.
I'm not sure it is doing what they claim it will do yet, but they said it takes some time.
I have used the shampoo and conditioner several times. So far I have not seen any changes in my hair, other than the fact that I had my hair cut and do not seem to be loosing as much hair so far.
