All went smoothly
The website was easy enough to follow. The only reason I deducted a star was because about a half hour after I placed the order, a Facebook ad came up in my feed with a much better deal. Customer service wasn't willing to match the offer, although they threw in extra product.

I use the shampoo, conditioner and foamer about twice a week. I don't have enough hair to wash more often. So far I have not noticed any difference.

Products arrived in a timely manner. I have begun to notice little hairs growing! It has been about three weeks. It is a bit of a pain to put the shampoo in my hair, and leave in for 20 minutes. But I have figured out a routine. If that is all I have to do to get rid of the thinning hair in front, then big deal! The products smell nice too. Not overpowering, and not medicinal.
I didn't get what i perceived that i would get from the advertisement
The Ad said special price, at the end the total wasn't satisfactory, the agent gave me 50% decount, the product is bad, I had bee using for 3 weeks and my hair is falling as crazy, I don't recommend this product, is not worth at all that thy claim, I feel betrayed and fool for waste my money on this...

I believe it's working. I only have one complaint. My hair is white and the color in your product deposits onto my hair leaving it looking drab. Because of this I may not reorder. I'm currently using a purple shampoo also, which may affect the results of your product. Time will tell.
Product seems to really leave my hair more coarse and dry than usual. Sorry, really not happy with product and probably won't reorder.
Good product! I started a month ago and can say it works. Now my husband joined me and also having a positive imprecision. We will continue and hope will have a great result.
