Easy & fast ordering. The ordering experience was excellent but now that I've tried the product I'm extremely disappointed. I develpped a rash on my scalp & I started "losing" a noticeable amount of hair with each shampoo. I need to get a refund. Please advise on how I can have my money refunded. Thank you.

I would've liked the minoxidil for men as I was buying this for the men in my life and I was only given the option for women.
While growing new healthier hair takes time, I can tell you I'm so happy with the healthier texture and shine of my hair thus far. I am sure my hair LOSS seems to be of a more normal nature already!
