First time ordering. Was nervous about sizing. Everything was great! I did need to talk to customer service about a discount not applied but it was resolved.
On the commercial it gives you the illusion that if you have fat and hanging stomach, once you put on the undergarment it would make you instantly look smooth and shapelier. Not the case at all. It doesn't have the control it alludes too. It does stay up and doesn't roll down, the price was affordable but the actual control and smooth look just wasn't there.

Really pleased with both the product and the customer service. The nonslip bands are the best. Had a sizing issue and, though I didnt request an exchange, customer service went out of their way to make everything right.
It is comfortable and it works. I like that it gets your thighs also. I like the underwater and want a pair but $58.00 is way to much. Let me know if they ever go on sale.
I feel so much more confident when I am wearing the Shapermint. Only complaint is how the back has a tendency to roll down.
I didn't find the shaper any different than any other shaper I have bought in the past, it was just ok. I bought the shaper without the shorts (it almost looked like underwear and went up to my bra line) and It definitely held in what I needed but made my thighs look a lot bigger. It didn't hold like I thought either, I had to keep pulling it up. This is a well made product, but didn't hold up to the promises they make on the commercial.
This is not a complaint. According to the sizing chart I needed a large but the large didn't quite do the job I expected. I needed a Medium instead. I love the product and I will order it again. This time the right size. I was so excited that I took the tags off and decided to keep them. They do help and the comfort level is great.
I find that Shapermint is a great company to work with, as my orders are always fulfilled timely and the merchandise is always top notch.
I highly recommend them!
