Love this bra! It's so comfy I don't realize it's even on!
I have always had trouble finding bras that fit well, provided support, and were comfortable enough to wear all day. This company has helped with all those things. I am really enjoying my product.
I received my orders but they didn't fit quite right. I decided rather than to try another size I would buy something else down the road. There was an issue with my mailing label and Brianna in Customer Service went above and beyond to make it right. I am amazed and more than happy with the outcome. You have a customer for life!
I am very happy with the customer service portion of Shapermint. They really try hard to make sure the customer is totally satisfied. I now own 3 Shapermint no-wire bras. They are not all equally comfortable. The black one fits the best. The beige one is generally too tight under the arms and it feels like the straps are too short; and in order for it to not be too large around, I have to use the first hook closure, which concerns me simply because I think eventually it after many washings it will be too loose. I was surprised to find that the last hook closure on the black one was the one that provided the best fit. I am only a D cup and am not heavy, so it feels like the scoop of the neck is too high on these bras. But generally speaking, they are comfortable. I wish that they were all as comfortable as the black one!
Shapermint has fantastic customer service. I bought two different types of leggings, both in the same size. When I got them I noticed the one size didn't fit as it was too small, but the other fit just right. They were great with getting me the size I needed hassle free!

I ordered high waist biker shorts for this summer, to wear instead of regular shorts. I'm hoping this keeps all of the excess skin contained!
I find they keep falling down, therefore I'm disappointed in them. Maybe they are too big? I wish they stayed up because they are not comfortable to wear when moving around a lot.

All the products I've purchase are very good. Quality is great and costumer service is amazing.
I had ordered what my normal size bra was and it came quickly, it was tight even with the expander they sent along so when they asked how it was I mentioned that. They sent info to return them, did that and ordered next larger size. They came quickly too, the bras are super soft and comfortable. Thank you for the fast turnaround and the great comfort they give.
