I guess it was ok, I thought this was the best place for shapewear and was really excited about my jumper... im a true 3x and can't get it pass my knees,

My experience was great, the shipping was great and the packaging of the product was amazing, also I have to say it's the best shape wear I've purchased.

I wish I would have ordered 2x larger. The shapewear was very tight and there is little to no stretch so I did not attempt to even try it on.

My experience has always been amazing. I have ordered several times from Shapellx and everything I've ordered has flattened, smoothed, and shaped my body amazingly and the items are made of long lasting great quality. The delivery company slashed my package which in turn slashed my items. I contacted customer service and they immediately replaced my items. Thank you shapellx

I am a big chested woman and the extra back slimming actually helps me with the back support giving my shoulders a bit of extra strength and support I can't achieve any other way. I am so grateful. Sometimes the fit is right and sometimes the same size is not right in bras. Usually because I try a different style. I assumed the sizes would be the same. Either way I love them!

Love my past purchase, even if I did experience seam separation within the first month. The product is still usable with it, so I'm still happy.

As I opened my package I realized that the item is way too small for me. I contacted customer service about my order to be returned a few times without any luck.

I love the communication from customer service and I had a previous experience where I had to return an item and that was also a pleasant experience. I once again find myself having to return my jumpsuit. I guess whatever size I think I need, I need to go larger. I know this is Shapeware, but it shouldn't be painful to get into. I will be returning for a larger size. I'm sure if I get the right size I will love it. I am 5'6", 160, pounds not fluffy and generally wear a size 8/10. I ordered a medium. I really hope the large will work.

In my first order, I received the items were just slightly too small. I contacted the company and they promptly responded and sent me new sizes.

This is the first time I've ordered from this company. I wasn't sure about how it would fit or what it would look like. I am very pleased. I will be shopping from this company for life! I definitely will refer you guys to every woman I know. We all have insecurities as women. This brings that confidence back. I am a mother of five. I returned 3 unworn bras with tags on. I received a return approved email & nothing else. I wanted the size Large in the same items. I haven't received any communication, no bra's, no refund. Nothing. I've ordered over 20 different products with no problems. My last 2 orders are a nightmare. I'm waiting on a partial previous order & now no bra's. Customer service & communication is horrible. Still waiting.

I had accidentally sent my order to my previous address. Customer service was so helpful! They shipped my package to the correct address and it arrived on time for the event I needed it for. Also, the product is great!

The body shaper did pull me in but I don't like that the leg part kept rolling up my thigh all night. That was very frustrating.

This was a very comfortable fit as soon as I put this on and stayed very comfortable all day long. Such a great product I think.

So many have said u can't rip it. I wasn't trying to n it ran just like regular tights. Still wearing it but it does run so maybe stop telling people it doesnt.
