I like it but it's too big for me doesn't hold a thing I'm sure I got the wrong size but that's my mistake I love the straps and the fact you can't see it through dresses and shirts was way too small in the area maybe make that part wider other than that I'll definitely by again size smaller

It's not easy to use, I tried starting at the bottom of my abdomen but then it wouldn't go all the way to the top, so I started at the top and it rolled up, it also pushed up the extra skin above my bra.

Shipping was Fast and easy. Product works. You just might want to wash it first as it stinks as if someone already sweated in it. The packaging could be much better as well, as I don't even think there was a packing slip with my package. Looked as if someone just rolled it in a bag and mailed it out, with no real paperwork or anything.

I ordered the PowerConceal Low-Back Hourglass and online ordering was easy. The shipping process was not so great. I ordered the product November 27th and just received it December 10th, but didn't realize the product was coming from China so maybe that's to be expected. I haven't been able to try on the product because I was out of town when it arrived, which was another reason why I was upset with the shipping process because I was hoping it would've arrived before my departure, but soon as I return home I will try it on and leave an updated review. Other than shipping, the process was fine.

It is a challenge putting on the Shapellx but once on you can't tell you're wearing it! It's surprisingly comfortable and not restricting when breathing or sitting.

Selecting a shaper was quick and easy. Setting up payment was not a hassle and I received the shaper fast.

The plus size only came in black when I ordered which kinda sucks, it's also quite pricey. But I do like it! Definitely does it's job!

I love all the products, took me week a decide which to try first I'm excited and can't wait to get my item!

Update: I got my order on the day I needed it after all but I had already left the house when it got there so I never got to use it for that event. I tried it afterwards and I love how it hugs in my postpartum belly and shapes my butt. My butt looks more rounded and from with it on. As for customer service interactions, they only answered my question on tracking but not my question on whether or not I could upgrade the shipping since it didn't ship out for a while or if I could cancel the order. I got another response after I put the initial review on sitejabber and the rep said she responded already and gave me the same tracking number and said to wait. At that point I was frustrated with the response because I was really turned off and wanted to cancel either way but I'm glad I decided to wait because I do like this shaper.

Old review: I placed an order on 11/19 and the ETA given for standard shipping was 11/29 so /i chose standard shipping. A week later the tracking still shows that its at the original USPS facility and hasn't shipped so I reached out to customer service who said there were delays and the problem was that I chose standard shipping. I am baffled by that answer because had I known of delays I would've paid for faster shipping...

I tried to reach out at least 5 times afterwards to see if shipping could upgraded or something and no response so I just want to cancel at this point. It's now 12/01 and no shipping has happened and no one has gotten back to me. I reached out 4 more times to cancel because I find it sketchy that I've been ignored and I'm not trying to be scammed.

I bought this shaper especially for an event coming up on 12/04. I would wear it when going out with friends as well.

I saw many Instagram ads advertising this business and the ads seems convincing so I wanted to try it.

Was very excited after seeing so many videos, but it's not what i thought it would be for what I paid for it.

I would've appreciated a response to my emails about how long ships would take.
Which I think should be known or easily visible to purchasers.
