Too many pop ups but otherwise site is reasonably easy to navigated with options available for most sizes.

Reviews helped a lot in my decision making, I no was nervous about the whole thing from fit, shipping and cost. Oh but the results were worth it all.

The 1st shipment was too big and I followed the sizing chart. I had to pay for shipping to receive the item and exchange. 2nd item is starting to fall apart. I will not buy again.

It was not as easy as expected. I did reach out prior to purchasing and followed their suggestions. It was not on point. I am not big on going through returns. The size was NOT as suggested. I meed a smaller size for sure. I wanted something that would cinch and minimize. I am going to order a smaller size.

Their website advertises they have a 60-day 100% fit guarantee. I received a 5X and I wear normally a 2x. I measured the hips when it was flat it was 20 in even if you double that for front and back and add so stretch they advertise it as 54 in fit. I couldn't even close the front. Needed at least another five or six inches. The only way to return an item is to email them and then they do nothing but give you their mailing address you are taking hostage as you have no other alternative but to pay for postage. This is false advertisement and returning General's office should be contacted as returns are not free.

The shopping experience was okay. The piece itself is not okay. It did not give the desired results as advertised. I probably won't be using it.

There was Lots to choose from and I hoped my final decision was the right one based off of description provided. Sure enough I was beyond pleasantly surprised. The undergarment was not only comfortable when I put it on, the zipper crutch is amazing. At first it felt heavy and I thought it would feel as such when I put it on and it was the opposite.

It feels uncomfortable and doesn't hold me in the way I'd hoped. It's nearly impossible to go to the bathroom even though it has an opening that zips.
