To be very honestly shadmart gave me the best online shopping experience in Bangladesh. This shopping site is my first choice nowadays. Their customer service & service officer's behavior is always at it's best. The most amazing thing about them that I noticed & I'm really impressed that, recently I had purchased a pant & it came the wrong size. But after letting them know about the size matter they showed me their best, showed me how much responsible they're towards their customer. After complaining I even forgot to return the pant to get my sized one due to busyness. But they didn't forgot to satisfy me though they wasn't getting my response. I delayed don't know how many days to return the cloth, every time while I receive their call I used to say ohh I forgot I am sending it today but did not. But they called me so many days until I sent it & received my sized one, which probably other online shops wouldn't do, because it's your problem not theirs they got money already.
