This is an online retailer of blinds and shades. I purchased one woven wood blind and the quality is much better than the types at Home Depot. They send out mailers that give substantial rebates. Not just on new purchases but previous ones also. I got another $10 back on this blind two months after I got it!

I wasn't happy with the calls. Shades explained that these actually start production only in one day one only just a few actually ship within 24 hours and only after they make the narrow time frame. My order with them showed in7 days with no gimmicks.

Purchased plantation shutters several months ago. Description of the shutters when you open the 'plantation shutter' section says, 'made of solid frame construction.' The faux wood shutters are hollow plastic frames. You need to go deeper to find out the 100% vinyl note. The faux wood doesn't resemble wood in the slightest fashion.
I bought 2 powered shades that cost over $800 in Dec. Of 2013. Within 3 mo. They quit working, I called customer service and they had several ideas that might get them working. Nothing helped and I sent them back for repair. To date (1/15/2016) they have been sent back 3 time for repair. This last repair lasted only 2 days before they quit again. These shades have French motors that are total junk. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BUY A SHADE WITH A GOOD AMERICAN MOTOR THAT WORKS. Jim MCClure
