Dave at SevenNoTrump is a great customer service person. I had placed an order, not by his mistake, two name tags were misspelled. I called and left a voice mail, he returned my call, immediately had new name tags reissued, requested I mail back the wrong ones so they can use the parts again, but refunded me the cost of mailing them back. This is a real honest guy who is so service oriented. I was very impressed with his service and will happily give referals for his business.

I ordered a custom table cover 44" x 44" because their price was the best and they had the largest selection. When it arrived it was too large. I double checked the size of my table and found I had made a mistake, my table was only 42' X 42'. I called sevennotrump.com and explained my problem. I was told to return the cover and they would adjust the size.
I received the new cover in a week and it fit perfectly this time and they only charged $4.95 for adjusting and re shipping the cover.
I had made the mistake in the size so I was pleasantly surprised that there was no extra charge.
