I ordered on August 29th and have not received my order and no communication. I have called but no return phone calls just your voice mail. What's the story? Our club wants more merchandise but not sure we should continue to order from your website if this is your m. O.

Hi Elizabeth,
As a one-person shop, I'm not always available to answer the phone right away. I did call you back (before I saw your post on SiteJabber) to explain that I had an issue with inventory on one of your items but will get your order out in tomorrow's mail. Sorry for the delay.
