Bought a letter necklace from Set and Stones. I ordered the "regular" size, which was their longest necklace. When it came in, I noticed the chain was SO short and the actual necklace itself was really thin! I emailed the company asking about a bigger chain and they stated I'd have to buy the chain extended for it to be longer. Also was unable to return the necklace. Over $100 wasted. Do NOT recommend!
I was so excited to receive my necklace only to find it super tiny! It barely fits don't recommend buying the mini Cheyenne! I wish I would have bought the regular one! No returns or store credit $200.00 down the drain so disappointed they are expensive! I'm sure they can resell my name it's very common! Heartbroken
I bought the item from express market and the pearl on the website looks nice, but when I received the item, the pearl looks like some weird shape with bumpy surface, looks disgusting. Their website has no phone number and you cannot get a hold of them. Horrible service. Never buy stuff from them
