Amazing customer service and impeccable repairs done by ServiceMyCar. My Honda Accord was in a minor collision involving the front end and they repaired my vehicle within the promised timeline. The repair and paint job itself was done very professionally and they were able to match my shade of white which is somewhat difficult to do. I dealt with Jason who made the process very simple and kept me up to date on the repair. Definitely recommend this shop for any repairs!

I was devastated when I was involved in my car accident in Abu Dhabi and was sent to this shop. The team at this repair shop not only made sure my children and I were safe but I got my car back today and it looks like I picked it up from the dealer. The time frame was efficient, the paint job was exceptional, the mechanical team was so knowledgeable about the new technology in the car. Has done an outstanding job and was extremely meticulous. Went to such great lengths to ensure my car was perfect inside and out. I sent my car in for a specific issue. I received a quote and agreed what repairs to proceed with. As the weeks went by they kept finding "critical" issues that needed repair to resolve this issue and a few others. After 8 weeks and paying more than the value of the car in repairs, it was returned. On our fist drive we discovered that the main issue had still not been resolved. They took the car back a fixed the issue in less than one day. This simple repair should have been done in the fist place. SCAM!

I took my Audi here for a service. During the service, I was called and told I needed new brakes and tyres as they were near fully worn. They completed all the jobs on time and delivery my car at home.

These are my go-to guys for any maintenance needed on my cars, they treat my cars as if they owned them and do QAULITY work. I've had control arms, radiators, steering and engine work done, they do a lot here for a fair price

My only issue was that the USB port in the Audi Q3 is a USB C which I hadnt been aware of and when I went back to Audi I was qouted 150AED for something I got later from ServiceMyCar for 50AED

Very Expensive labor charges more then showroom charges, inefficient staff, give your car at your own risk.

Service my car is good at doing essential services. If we book extra services, they cannot deliver it on time.
In my case, they were supposed to take the car on Monday 6th June to complete the remaining task but i get a from a different representative that they will collect the car the next day. Then i asked them to do it on Wednesday and it seems the team is not clear about the communication we had earlier. I think Service my car should work on their internal communication with their teams.
