The only reason I gave one star is because I cannot give zero. Without doubt the worst car service experience I have had in 40 years driving. These guys are dishonest, arrogant and incompetent. I dealt with two of them, Mustafa and Abdul. Both of them lied to me, refused to call me back, refused to return my car when I decided not to proceed with additional work, and were rude and confrontational when I finally did manage to talk to them. They kept my car for four days during which time they only managed to change the oil and the oil filter and plug in the diagnostics device. They then told me it would take a further 7 days to complete a routine list of repairs (spark plugs, gaskets, filters.) which I can usually get done same day with a proper garage. Stay away from this company. It is absolutely dreadful. The AED400 service is just a scam to get the car into their facility after which they find thousands of AED worth of 'problems' that need attention. They give you a list of issues but refuse to tell you the cost whilst simultaneously holding your car hostage. An appalling company overall.

"The online car services company, Service My Car, is the worst in UAE. The management of the company exploits its staff and doesn't pay their salary and dues. The overall major service was okay however they have recommended a lot of repairs and for every item, they charge extra for inspection and the labour charges later for every repair. The pricing is comparably higher too. I accepted some mandatory repairs and caused some delays. I have noticed a lot of negative reviews which I failed to checked before. I think they have scammed me for some items I agreed before, unfortunately. I replaced my tires and brake pads outside way cheaper than their costs. I will not go back and will try to find other reputable and reliable garage next time.

Its only good attracting show as drop and pick up ur car and wash it, they took my car for service and they checked my car, after it they dropped my car with new damages such as set motor is damaged, sensor for mirrors damaged, water tank cap lost, after their check ups the AC was no more blowing cold, and then they said all damaged itself so they do not bare responsibilities about it, then they said pay if u wana repair their damages in my car! Yet they gave wrong review of the AC that its need change compressor, tube, filter and gass! I took my car to other garage "Hotline", and guess what? They said all is good and only what was found that thermostat censor was damaged! That means serviceMyCar damaged it! As my Ac Was blowing cold before they took my car, but after them its stoped! I do not recommend to use their services...
Incompetent customer care people, scammers, worst service you could possibly think of. No respect for the customers, the amount of people got cheated seems scary. And no one cared to reply or follow up on the negative reviews shows the character of the entire company system.

My worst experience in Dubai. My Ford explorer was returned to me after 6 months. Taking the car back and forth. 3 times diagnosis and revision of quotation. Even after paying the amount, the incompetent people returned the car and now I don't know what to do. I should have read the reviews before engaging them. All the 4 times they have taken the taken out the fuel completely. Very disappointed and disgusted. I have all the correspondence.

During the time that my vehicle was with Service My Car I was constantly lied to in an attempt to up sell the repairs.
I denied many attempts to sell unnecessary additional repairs however at the time of completion was still charged for repairs I denied.
My car was held at ransom until I agreed to pay the ridiculous amount of money for repairs I did not want.
Do not use this service unless you are prepared to be completely robbed.

They kept my car for 4 days to do a routine service check and minor repairs. The charges applied were really overpriced. It was impossible to get hold of the person in charge of the case, with a time consuming hotline always saying that he will call me back later. They even made some scratches to my car and dared telling me that it was already there before... I will definitively avoid them in the future
One of the worst personal experiences I've had with a workshop and company. Avoid going through this experience and go to the dealer or another workshop for any issues with your car. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.
Don't have to look further than the other reviews here for a confirmation of what was just stated. The service is an absolute scam. The customer representative tried helping me as best as they could but it truly is a scam.
I'm expected to pay 700 AED for them to tell me my car doesn't start. Why do you think I asked them to take it. The quoted prices are ridiculous.

Had a worst experience with them. Trusted them with the service and repair of my Audi Q7 and completely regretted it. Very unprofessional service, shabby quality of work. When I got my car back, a part below the seat was broken, car was very dirty with marks on the steering. AC was not working. Had to sent the car back. The only thing they do is pick up and drop your car. That's it. Complete nightmare.

Scammers, liars and not trustworthy... If you want to waste your money, time, and deal with unprofessional technicians then choose SMC.
There's no proof of what parts were bought/replaced or if they were genuine or not. No pictures or invoice from "official distributor" or parts "supplier" for the parts. They only share their own invoice which they can write anything in it. It does not include the official part code or name of the items.
The most critical point, the main concerns that I had with my car that I clearly mentioned on the comments while booking where never fixed or diagnosed. No agent spoke of it, nor did the health check or report even mention it. All the parts that were highlighted or needed to be replaced had nothing to do with my main concern or why I even booked a service in the first place!
It's clear that SMC was just following a standard of services without treating every customer on a case by case basis or taking a customer's comments into consideration.
Now I must take the car to another service center to check my main concerns as I feel I only wasted time and money with SMC.
When the complaints department and technical person called me, I asked for a refund they ignored my request. I even told them I will raise a complaint to DED consumer rights, he carelessly said go ahead do what you want.

SMC iz Not transparent with payment.no customer service.miscommunication and mis commitments.i am not sure after paying AED 2000/- i have got genuine parts or not or service is done properly. Above all car was returned in dirty condition.

They are good on phone but if get caught u are fooled.Mr. Praveen was good but not clear in dealing. If the calls are recorded u get to know how i was cheated with an offer then was refused.

Uninformed charges if don't accept their quotation, overcharge inspection and retain your car if deny to pay. Supposedly recorded my conversation without authorization and deny to share back to the customer. Save a headache, look another place.
I Called "Service My Car" Friday at 3PM to book aircon service/repair on my Merc GLE AMG. Was told they wud look at it Saturday when the workshop opened but would pick up the car Friday evening. By Saturday noon I had had 3 conversations with two different persons. Was told they would send me a "diagnostics report" by Monday evening. Told them it's a simple aircon issue, either the compressor is broken, system out of gas or gas is leaking. Takes maximum 5 minutes to do a pressure test and trouble shoot a car aircon in a modern car. Was told the car in the workshop and waiting to "perform diagnostics test" and I would get the report Monday evening. I kept challenging them about why it should take them 48 hours to make a "diagnostics report" on something that takes 10 mins to do - all they could do was repeating the same answers again and again like robots. I told them to return my car Saturday and was sick and tired listening to their rubbish about them needing 48 hours to do a "diagnostics report" as if they were performing brain surgery. Had I left my car with them, I would have wasted Friday to Tuesday or Wednesday before getting it back. Their people just keep lying to get cars sent to them for repairs and hiding behind some utterly ridicules "diagnostics report" which in my case would be a one or two liner; either compressor broken, no gas or gas leaking. I could have driven the car to anyone of more than 500 repair shops in Al Quoz myself and have it checked and repaired on the spot. I'd never recommend anyone to waste time on this company.
Not reccomended. They kept my car for more than 2 weeks. I told them that the problem was not the battery but they insisted, and at the end they change the battery and send the car back after I paid. After a few days, the car died again. I called the customer service and they told me that they would call me back... I am still waiting. Total waste of time and money. Never again
Spare parts over priced. Toyota corolla 2013 ignition coil was charged AED 1,170/-! Slow service - Took 4 days in total for replacing spark plugs and ignition coil plus a full check up. Spotted some grease type substance on driver seat on return of the car. Overall unsatisfactory.

This is the worst service in Dubai, they will keep your car and do nothing but make you pay for things which are not necessarily. Take some time and find other services providers which provide much more quality.
