My server would randomly close down for 8 to 12 hours a day! The customer service is minimal since the workers copy and paste tutorials, not addressing specific issues with the server. I was also ignored by the staff when I was asking a question about my server. Don't waste your time and money with these people.

The perfect server host, the customer support is quick to respond to issues, a lot of different choices of server packages to suit you! If you want to host either a Terraria or a Minecraft server this is the host for you since it doesn't matter if you're new to server hosting or experienced because their interface is really clean and easy to use and with the help of their YouTube tutorials on their channel on how to install or manage different things getting started is really easy!
Tip for consumers:
While a Amazing host a thing to keep in mind is that a few things are locked when going for a cheaper server alternative but once their servers went down for a few hours while undergoing maintenance and I got $7 added to my account as compensation!
