The delivery service they contracted (RXO) is terrible. In a different order with another company, RXO never delivered my furniture and I had to go to the store myself and pick it up or wait another month. So when I saw that Serta was also using RXO, I was concerned. Sure enough, I've been waiting 6 hours and have made multiple calls to RXO. They keep assuring me the team is on its way, but it's now 9pm and they are not here. Nor are they responding. I would call Serta and cancel my order at this point, but they're now closed. I will cancel on Monday though, and I will never buy from Serta again. I realize this mess is ultimately RXO's responsibility, but Serta chooses to use a delivery service that's utterly unreliable and it's unacceptable to keep people waiting like this.

Terrible

This is what our mattress looks like still after a week of letting it air, we cannot use it, we have tried everything that has been suggested, how can you say they are sleep ready the same night?

We have purchased a mattress and adjustable base along with several accessory items. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was trying to return a mattress encasement and was given the run-around. One place would give me another number to call, that number says they can't help and referred me back to the same number I called. This went on 6 times before someone finally tells me "just send it back to the address on the return label" AND they charge 15% restocking fee! Plus the price of shipping. I have a feeling this issue is not over. I'm even leery about sending it back, why? So they can tell me it was never received or even worse, that I sent it to the wrong place. I just have that feeling with them. Nobody knows what they are doing there. I will never order from them again.
