It clearly shows on their website that they install grease traps for commercial restaurants. I called and spoke to a lady who answered the phone and said I'm inquiring about installing a new grease trap for my restaurant and that I have the engineering plans already and it has been approved by Miami Dade as well. She said hold on let me check... she came back and say "we don't that type of work for new construction." I said what do you mean new construction... she said "we don't do that type of work sir, thank you bye and hung up on me. It's amazing how some companies manage to stay in business.
