Quality is gone from SeniorPeopleMeet. It has fully turned into money scam hidden behind their T&C, for example auto-renewals without notification. Even free sites are better! If you want guaranteed results J7Match.com
Is an optimal choice. As a lawyer, I can tell it's legit. As a happy man, I can tell you I found my luck there and this is going to be my first Valentine Day with a lovely woman after my divorce. Surprisingly, it worked like a charm for me even though I was really skeptical at first. Having wasted nearly £ 300 and 11 months of my life on SeniorPeopleMeet and some other shady dating sites, I was very frustrated and I started to feel desperate. But I didn't let those destructive feelings in. When there is a will there is a way. Now that I'm watching her pick up a dress for going out for a meal tonight, I realize it was really the matter of finding the right way and just being consistent with what I wanted.
When you a free member all men will get flirts message hey are fake generated by the company. So the man thinks oh I got messages he pays joins then finds out woman never contacted him co sent messages to entice him to join is fake
I'm not a fan of feeling my age but when it comes to dating it does make sense to look for people your age for companionship, at least for friendship. SeniorPeopleMeet provides that chance but I was left a bit disappointed after the end of my 3 month membership subscription. Overall, I met more people on primetimelove.com so will be going back there.
I just realized that every reply from a man has used the same seven words. It's either a setup or a scam. They seem interested via a reply, like, or flirt. Then when I reply, I NEVER heard back from anyone like they never sent it. Usually after this, their photo was removed. Some profiles were lean with few words describing themselves. Hopefully, you will be reading this review/warning before you decide to sign up. Not so sure some members are active as before I signed up, I am sure that I saw a few faces and their photos from 5 plus years ago. I can't imagine that someone would remain on this site for so long or resubscribe a second time. If we think it is a scam or something unusual is going on, then it probably is. Also, they overcharged my credit card as others have mentioned has happened to them. No luck getting that corrected!
What a crock. I signed up and got one response from a woman that was probably fictitious. I have been on this site for 2 weeks and '0' results. I have to say, there are some women on here that are looking for a LIFE Partner. But for dating "0". $60 bucks out the window.
I have found the site overall great, with some very minor issues. Have met many nice men on this site and recently married one of them. I can only say you need to be able to identify scammers and report them immediately, If it is found out that they are scammers, they are immediately temoved from the site. I would recommend this site, and don't understand how other reviews have been so negative, as I have had friends who have also used this site and are overall happy with it.
I used to be a member of Senior people meet but haven't been for two years. My picture is is still there a a "Member" but I'm not. Just logged on after many month and see that I have 88 messages. I never responded b/c I wasn't a member, but it looks like I am.
I've love to take down my profile but can't figure out how.
I joined this site to try and meet someone but all I got was less than nothing. They would not accept any of my answers to fill out my profile. They said that what I wrote was unacceptable. Then when I would try to respond to what they sent me as a possible match I never got any replies to my first contact messages. I am not even sure that anybody got my mails at all. They sent me word that this person flirted with me but when I called up that persons file I got blank pages. Or they said that a person sent me a message, again a blank page. I had asked for women close to where I lived, but was getting photos of women from Texas to Maine. One from England. I quit looking at all of these sites they are all a bunch of scammers!
I am so happy I did not become a paying member. The site showed that I viewed hundreds of profiles that I did not. I was originally a member of Our Time and received so many automated flirts. I decided to try Senior People Meet for free. The same men are on there, and the same men started contacting me. I just deleted my profile.
You will get message from people who have their email and phone numbers readily available on their profile. Some will even have them on their pictures. This website will tell you they critique each profile and picture. That is a load of garbage. You will receive flirts from someone and it will come from the website and not from the person. THEY ARE A JOKE! You will also get messages that are from non-members.
Worst dating site ever. Second try after two yrs off. Still terrible. Profile has been dumped five times. Reviewers are arbitrary. Profile stayed up 10 days and then someone read something they didnt like and dumped it. Happens constantly. They REFUSE to be specific about what was said so that you can identify it. It dumps the entire profile instead of the section they question.
Match algorhytm gives smokers to non-smokers. Its bogus. Ads pop up constantly. They are really after money. Cant sort views, it doesnt hold more than 200 views. You get an initial flood of viewers from all over the country and then nothing. These are not legit. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach. Auto renewal is their DEFAULT instead of a choice.
Many fake profiles. MANY scammers. Youd think they would go after these instead of what people say in profiles.
Cannot believe this site is still in operation. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
I have been with Senior People Meet since October 02,2017 and while I live in California, I have a business out of the country. I have been writing to a few special guys that I met on this site and we were very serious in getting to know one another. I had not exchanged emails as when other guys asked, they were scammers and tried to get money out of me. I wanted to wait to be sure. So, I returned to my business out of the country and found that I could not write to the guys that I was interested in as I am not physically in the U.S. I signed up as a member in October when I was at my business out of the U.S. Now, SeniorPeopleMeet want my money, but won't let me sign-in to my account nor will they help me advise the 3 special guys that I had been writing to for quite a long time. I have no way to get ahold of them. SO, DO NOT USE THESE SITE. They are not compassionate at all. They just want your money.
These guys have a stated price to sign up. I think it was 23.99 but then when I checked my credit card record it was 27.99. They sneak in what they call a processing fee. How dishonest can you be?
In addition I found people I had supposedly added as a favorite which I don't recall adding. Lots of flirts from out of state when I clearly state in my profile that I will not respond. They either don't read my profile or they are system generated flirts.
Although there are legitimate users on the site it's difficult to figure out who is real and who fake.
Fortunately I signed up for one month and cancelled shortly there after to prevent the auto re-bill. All in all I think this is a shady site. You're better off going to Match.com.
Everything about this site sucks. They have no way for you to narrow your search in mileage. I've been out on a couple of dates the pictures do not match the people, I've never seen so many Christians who wanted to jump into bed immediately! This place is a total scam I applied for one month and they hit my credit card for almost $60. Worst dating site ever
Im really enjoying using SeniorPeopleMeet and think it would be hard to have a better experience. Ive heard some of the other ladies in my book club talking about PrimeTimeLove.com, but I really dont see me trying other sites anytime soon as im happy enough. There are lots of true gentlemen that have a lot in common with me and its nice to talk to them, whether over messages or in person (ive met three so far and can honestly say I think ill stay friends with all of them). If things keep going this way I may not need to pay for a dating service subscription for much longer! A very positive experience indeed.
I would give this site no stars if I could. I had received a few messages and I was skeptical about paying to view them. Then, when I did, I got a couple of rude replies from men who must be sitting at their computers waiting for women to answer. I was on for two days and then cancelled and lost the 1 month subscription money I paid. And, can someone please tell me why these guys need your email address after one email reply? It's pretty creepy to me. Save your money and stay away.

Just got an email from SeniorPeopleMeet.com, stating that I have 5 new messages, and 12 new flirts. Interesting, since I cancelled my account a week ago. I have email from them go directly into my spam folder because I don't really want anymore communication with them. I also got a security warning telling me that the site, if opened, could compromise any personal information that I have stored on my laptop. This website is a total scam.
I've written several messages to various women and have found that there is no way one could get to meet them. What are you supposed to do, send an e mail or phone?
I'm beginning to realize that this site is like all the others... a complete waste of money.
Why doesn't the Government do something to regulate these sharks who take advantage od vulnerable people who are looking for a relationship and happiness.
I've been getting "Fave'd Me" once or twice a week from an individual who hasn't logged onto the site in months. I believe that their computer thinks that my subscription has run out and that the website is attempting to lure me back with false messages. I have responded to several messages, fave'ds, and flirts sent to me by other women but did not receive responses. It appears that this website is more than a bit fishy.
A lot of people have had bad experiences with this internet dating. I can not understand the reason. I have been on this one several times. I am not looking for a husband just someone to be like a good friend. I have found many and when one or the other of us find someone else we part as friends. I think some people just look at the picture and turn them down. That will get you no where. If they have some interests like yours, give it a try. It might not be the love affair of the century but it could be the start of something good. My longest relationship was 4 years. I am 80 now.
SeniorPeopleMeet displays a lot of profiles (Including mine right now) who are not members. They have trouble getting paying members and only paying members can respond. One male told me he contacted them to resign, but was offered a $4.00 a month deal to stay on. My membership is not active, but my profile is displayed. I have just clicked on 20 people who supposedly had "flirted" with me. Each time it told me the person was "on-line." This is not statistically possible at 2:00 pm in the afternoon, so "on-line!" must mean that I clicked on their profile. Yes, I know that... thank you! I joined for one month back in the fall and found that almost none of the men responded to my inquiries. I believe this is because they were no longer members or never had been a member. Any one can create a profile so it looks like there are real members in the database, but many are not.
Answer: Yes, Brian, I would like to think the persons we are trying to meet maybe left the site or found someone. The bottom line is this, I have never ever heard anything positive about this Web site. It makes me ill sending you messages you can't read until you pay more than as you look at the advertising the clock is running. No worries we all got ripped off it happens
