I recently re-subscribed to the SA service using a different email address than the one I preferred. I placed a request with customer service to change it and they followed-up several times to make sure my request was implemented. AA++
Seeking Alpha seems to have some awesome features. However at this point, I'm not hands-on enough to really use anything beyond the portfolio tracker for my research. I was happy to use the pro version and could see the use for someone more hands-on. Unfortunately, I missed the renewal email and ended up paying after the trial. I reached out and Nithya was very kind and allowed a refund.
I would definitely recommend them if you're wanting to really cut your teeth on investing and want to manage it directly. For simple guys like me, it's a bit overkill.

I do like the platform, I think it provides some good information. For me, I wanted to cancel it because I realize I'm not using it enough, I only check my portfolio a few times a year. I bought the yearly subscription and within a couple weeks I wanted to cancel it. Even though they didn't have to, seeking alpha did end up refunding me with a very nice customer service process. Would recommend the website and the free trial to get a feel.

I really like how it makes data much easier to digest, especially when it comes to valuations. I used to just use Yahoo finance and CNBC. This is A LOT better than either of those for financial information and research. Well worth the money.

I had subscribed to Seeking Alpha and found it very helpful with lots of great information, I unsubscribed when I didn't need it anymore, i went for another free trial not realizing it was one per person and ended up being charged for a year, i may have accidentally picked this but my intention was just to get some quick info. Seeking alpha worked with me and helped me resolve my issue and gave me most of my money back, it had been a few months until I reached out to them as I went through my cc company for a dispute and they didn't help me, i am happy to say that seeking alpha worked with me and i greatly appreciate that, i really like their advice on different stocks and especially love reading the readers comments as there are many people who comment who have lots of experience, totally worth the money to get their advice,

I am a novice Seeking Alpha subscriber and learned a great deal from the service. I was not aware that my subscription was set to auto-renew and had planned to take a hiatus before resubscribing. When my subscription auto-renewed I asked for the charges to be reversed I received an immediate affirmative reply and received my refund in hours.
This business has integrity. I learned that I had consented to the auto-renew and they could have insisted on the charges but they courteously did not. This is the kind of customer service that engenders loyalty in customers. I will rejoin when I have time to utilize the vast array of services offered. When creating my short bio in the profile section, I experienced a technical problem. Using the on-line help tool, I was put in touch with Sri in technical support. Sri and the Tech Team worked through the issue and kept me up to date on their progress. Within a short period of time the issue was resolved and I was able to complete my bio.

I had requested some help changing my primary email address as I will be retiring and losing access to the current email. I couldn't figure out how to do it online so I sent a request for help to Customer Service. I was contacted the very next day (wow!) about what I was requesting and how they were going to take care of it for me, and was that ok? It was and I approved, next day, Voila! It was done and everything was great again. This kind of service is very unusual and I really appreciate it when it happens to me. I like your warnings in my portfolio, it saved me from some losses, can see valuations of my stocks at once.
Quant Score left a bitter taste in my mouth, I bought PW with the best score: 5, a couple of months ago and my stocks lost 45% of value.

Answer: There was only one question in the are of your question: it was do they work in eastern time zone? I'm in the Central time zone and all times reflect my time. Although I didn't see any option to change to Eastern time. If I had to guess, I would think it could set local to members because they got everything else so right.
