My name Darline Metellus I was working at sunrise east meadow ny I had a injury my left knee and left ankle but I had only 2 surgery on my left ankle after the second surgery I am being evicted unlawfully, treated by people, humiliated by lawyers, every thing went wrong, people using my identity for medical treatment, the last crazy thing I received false claim from one agency I got motor vehicle accident, I reported to the police and I ask my agent State Farm to switch my car policy to another agent but they sent me to another agent I never authorized them to send me my car policy too, they never fixed only my license was canceled, law enforcement took my car a way from me at free ny on n 27/2020 he told me if I don't give him the car, he gonna take my daughter a way from me and putting me in jail, now since I received letter from MES for medical evaluation, but I call the doctor office I explain to them I don't lawyer any more and the worker compensation board know about it, all those lawyers it's not for me, alsoVecchione, vecchione &connors at 147 Herricks road, Garden city park ny ******* I never go to this place for my in tire life.
