It was easy as pie,but we need to return the items and I am having a hard time getting a hold someone to speak with, email was good up to the point where I OK'd for us to get a return # and have not heard from anyone.
Over the last 4 years I have purchased all of my security products from Security Camera King. I have been extremely satisfied with my transactions on all levels. I am a "Do It myself" kind of guy, having retired from the computer industry several years ago. When I needed Help, their support line has been fantastic. When I needed Products, I ordered them on-line and got them usually within a week.
I am a snowbird and live in Smokey Mtns in the Summer and Florida in the winter months. I can monitor my cabin 24/7 with my system. The challenge I have is the power going out during some of the winter storms and the fact that I am a MAC user.
Our first nvr. Previously was using our computer to record the cameras. However the cameras for exceeded the processor abitity. Therefore reduced frame per second recording.
After hooking up the nvr my cameras came straight up without and hastle. The cameras that did not show up weren't ONVIF compliant. I was already aware of this fact.
So far very satisfied with the unit.
Will take a while to get the software functioning as I require.
Love It! Much better than my old system! Picture quality is good, easy system to operate and live that I can view my cameras via my smartphone by simply using a app!
Everything arrived and worked as per the information from the website. Only downside was Canada Customs charges that seemed to be a bit excessive (as usual).
Upgraded older system to 1080p cameras/dvr using HD-CVI. Kept all existing wiring. Very pleased with the results and the software interface was very similar to the older "ultimate mini" system so all the settings were transferrable.
Nice unit, the only thing is my system (DVR) is way to old to use it right now. Will save it for the up-coming upgrade project when i'll have to replace several REALLY old cameras (9+ yrs). For the small $'s paid, it's no prob it didn't work on the old DVR. Brian in support helped a lot in the tentative selection of the new DVR, just have to figure out if i can use my old HDDs.
The Intelligent CCTV camera is broken there is a loose wire and the other one will not work with my system.
I would like to return both for a refund please can you help me with this?
We purchased one of these cables a few weeks ago and it was defective. We are giving it another try to see if we get one that works.

The online shipping estimates was not calculating correctly. Sometimes I got $77 and the next time I got $333 for 3 day ground. A simple call got things right and helped me save money. Great people!

The camera itself is of great quality (it's a rebranded Dahua 4MP vandal dome cam with a solid metal exterior). Aside from the camera being of great quality, the technical support is excellent as well. I had a question regarding the manual rotation of the lens/body within the dome, and one of their support reps went out to grab the same model camera, and walked me through the steps to get my desired view/angle. I would definitely recommend SecurityCameraKing.com to anyone looking to purchase security camera solutions. My next purchase from them will be additional cams and a 64-channel NVR (Dahua rebranded unit). I will post a review for the camera on the camera's page and will post a review for the NVR once I have everything set up.

I was very suprised to find that the cameras you sell do not come with any kind of power adapter.

When using the custom security package, would be great if I could get info about the selected item on the same page or as a link. I have to open another page to search you site for the item.
I have the system half installed, it has been too cold and snowing to finish! I am very happy with the products so far, I have not had the need for any support to date.
Very good product choices, even through I think their prices are not very competitive but I would buy from them again because of their good service and products.
