Purchased $1400.00 worth of clothes for a bachelor party in Las Vegas. None of the items ever arrived or even shipped in time for the event and we delayed and much longer than the 8-12 business days it advertises. The items never got delivered and were sent back to the company while I was away. The company lied saying they never received the items even though the tracking number and shipping company confirmed they signed for it at their location. They not only never resent my items, they also never issued a credit or refund for the order and I'm now out a little over $1400 because of it.
Well I have purchased and have been gifted a total of 5 jackets now. All of them fit perfectly. This last one I ordered was two sizes too small. The order came in at a timely manner (I am a magician and perform on cruise ships for long periods of time) so when I got home tried it on and was bummed out that it was the wrong size. Also their return/exchange policy is a bit lacking and short. But they did send enough fabric to take it out. But matching the pattern was going to be challenging and not look right and $$$ to replace the whole back of the jacket. So this jacket will go in the archives not worth huge alteration. 🤦🤦🤦
Sorry to hear you ordered a different size. From what I see it was custom so based on your measurements. Last order was from two years ago so of course things can change and every fabric fits differently. Glad we sent you extra fabric. Cant imagine it being more than $150-200 for alterations. Locally they charge around $120 to alter a piece in this description. Hope you are able to get some use out of it soon!
The company promised the items custom fitted and on time, I sent multiple emails, even requesting a shirt with a different color than the one I originally ordered just to make sure I received the items on time for my event and none of that happened. I actually received the shirt one month and 3 days after I purchased it. Everything was extremely big and not fitted based on the measurements I provided.
Shoes didn't look as presented in picture. The size was a little small. Leather didn't look qu8te convincing.
Scammers. Beware of natasha. Will accept a return and not refund your money. They kept every penny and I am left without a suit.

I ordered two pants and I regret myself just trash my $600….be careful bad customer service on return…………,,,,,,
When they want your business they will reply suddenly but when you need to return or exchange garments it takes forever or they don't reply. I still have garments from over 1-2 months I sent back for exchange and still haven't received them. They have a phone number but only for texts and you send emails and never get replies. For the money we pay for the garments this is unprofessional. I waited long time to not a bad review but still haven't received missing garments so couldn't hold back. Don't think I will ever buy from them again.
I needed my items at a certain time for a special event. Didn't happen, but was told I'd have them in time. Takes more than 8-12 business days to receive your order. 2nd time I was told I'd get something from you guys and didn't receive it on time. And as of right now...still waiting for the items, and the event is over! Had to wear something else. Bad business to say one thing then do another

I see we did everything we can to rush your order. You are just missing one small piece of it. Everything else you have received no problem since June 13th- June19th. It would be nice if you can share the hole picture as its made here to think that you are waiting on your order and only one small piece of it fell behind. I trust you definitely wore of of the pieces you received along with the beautiful loafers and coat as well. Amethyst Lino Tweed Suit im sure looked amazing. Looking forward to seeing pics and you receiving the coconut intreccio suit this week.
