I thought I already bought a ticket but the next day I received a mail telling me the ticket was not available. I believe they can do better by accepting or rejecting sales of ticket without delay.

We've reviewed your order and once delivered, the email provides a link, noting that you can print your tickets or view the details. The ticket itself also reads "MUST PRINT ON PAPER. NOT VALID FOR ENTRY VIA MOBILE DEVICE." We're sorry to hear you were delayed on getting to your show! For future ticket purchases, just be sure to check to see if tickets are valid for mobile entry. I got an email saying purchase was pending... then my credit card was charged... then I NEVER got the tickets. The Order disappeared from the App, and then I got an email a day later saying to rate my experience.
So, my experience is that I got change $68 for a happy nothing.

Multiple seats and options. Have used this site several times without any problems. Simple to use and will use site for other events.
We want transactions to be easy and transparent, meaning theres no hidden fees, etc. it was easy to buy and sell.
I purchased tickets on Friday night for a Saturday mid-day baseball game. I planned to walk through the gates at 11:30am. I was driving 2 hours to the stadium from my home. I did not receive my tickets until 10am. I was stressed about it, and I emailed Seatgeek to see where the tickets were. I did not get a response until the same time that my tickets came in to my email.
That was not great, but what made it worse, was that I purchased the tickets on Seatgeek, but then I had to sign up for fanexchange to get the tickets. Once I did that, the tickets then had to be transferred by another account on ticketmaster. The entire process was more complicated than needed, and I will probably look to use another company to get last minute tickets.

Was able to find tickets for about $15 below face value, they were available immediately within the app, and had zero issues using the digital tickets to get into the event!
Bought tickets for myself and two friends to a gator football game and it was easy to get the tickets and the seat were priced great and the seats were worth every penny!
