So far there is a lot that seems to be highly inaccurate my fiance name popped up with a criminal record and addresses that she had never lived at with family members or aliases she has never had and she has documentation that prevente's most of the info listed in her file false.

I wanted a record, I paid $2 for the record and unbeknownst to me - they signed me up for a full membership. I canceled the membership on Feb 3rd, they billed my credit card and when I called, said it hadn't been cancelled until the day of billing. Their tracking system conveniently didn't register until the day of billing. I think this is a scam during the call, they kept offering me a discount - like how many people do i really want to look up in my lifetime?
I don't have any confirmation of my order - they didn't send me anything until i cancelled the membership
