I wanted a record, I paid $2 for the record and unbeknownst to me - they signed me up for a full membership. I canceled the membership on Feb 3rd, they billed my credit card and when I called, said it hadn't been cancelled until the day of billing. Their tracking system conveniently didn't register until the day of billing. I think this is a scam during the call, they kept offering me a discount - like how many people do i really want to look up in my lifetime?
I don't have any confirmation of my order - they didn't send me anything until i cancelled the membership

There are many mistakes in the reports that I have pulled so far. Wrong address, telephone numbers. This is a rather bad data bank you have.
I can't click on anything to make it work. Also, the site claims no record of vehicle owned and I know they own some.
If it's free like the advertising, why am I charged a dollar? Is it in hopes I forget to cancel and you can zap me by default?
