Ryan informed me for that for $300.00 he could update my existing web with correct pricing and models. OK I said and then the Tec who was assigned to my job said he couldn't,t make the changes due to some jibber jabber. Simple Word Press thru GO DADDY. I would have to give them another $500.00. New Host etc. Don't do it people!

Stay well clear. Salesman jermey promised the earth after doing a website audit and sold me a seo package that he said would get results. Project manager adam said i should be on a more expensive package and non of my agreed keywords were ever worked on! 5 thousand pounds later and they stopped answering my calls. How is this even legal! Please please please stay well away

Don't waste your money or time. They will be very responsive UNTIL they get your money. Then they will ghost you. No results for SEO.

On their site, they say that they have a 100% money back guarantee. And even an account manager confirms how it works. BUT, did we get our money back when we were not satisfied and they had'nt really done much of a job? Nope, not at all. They did not! Stay away from this scam folks.

Searchberg worked on my site for almost 2.5 months, and the rankings got worse. Before they started I had (out of 16 keywords) 11 on the first page for Google, after 5 weeks that number dwindled down to 7 keywords on the first page.

Thank god they have a money back guarantee, which is the only reason I started with them anyways. Now I find all these bad reviews and that they are head quartered in Pakastan, what a disappointment they have been. Contact me at *******@yahoo.com if you want proof.

I work with this company for four months and I was confident because they guarantee that my website will be well build and I will start have clients if I will not be happy I can have my money back.
After my project was done I didn't have no clients and I found out that my website is not functional! My website was working fine before I just needed some updates and a good marketing wherever they did when I find a client on my own she couldn't make a payment or schedule an appointment, so frustrating I go back to them and they told me that is my fault I should check when it was done in the first month and now I have to pay again, When I mention that I wanna use their policy and have my money back they told me that is my fault about website, they show me that was 2-3 clicks on my page and that means they give me clients, visitors and clients are different things! And maybe that was me because I was checking my website all the time you can't claim that you give me clients because no one contact me, on top of everything they add that maybe the first company who initial build my website was going through my stuff but who responsibility is to secure my website and my personal information I should've been informed immediately if was any suspicious activity.
Well, I spend thousands of dollars and time so at the end I had to close my website. They don't take no responsibility for there job and there's no way to have your money back because they gonna use everything against you, Before you signed the contract they promise you so many things over the phone but not in writing be email so in case that you complain you literally don't have no proves!
This is how they did to me I know I have the right to ask for my refund but they told me show me that agreement and when I told them that it was verbal over the phone they text,, you have no case ''

Searchberg offered to build a website and do seo services. I participated heavily in providing pictures and descriptions and writing copy for the site. The sales guy will say ANYTHING to make a sale. He said they would provide pictures and copy. As the website was being built I emailed several times that the pictures looked funny and stretched. After about 20 emails and 4 phone calls the website builder finally says the website looks odd because I'm usually my phone. Now answer me this WHO doesn't use their phone to browse websites these days? So if course it's a given that I want my website to be smart phone compatible. It's called a responsive website. Apparently, the website builder didn't get the memo. They kept pressing me to sign off on an eyesore. This went on for all of 2020. Before the website was done the sales man tried to sell me SEO optimization. I've never used the site. It's not functional and I would like at least a partial refund. I will come back and post screenshots of what they thought was a finished website. They do not help with Instagram page and they promised. I completely wasted $1,000 during the pandemic which I really could have used. I took the risk and they took advantage.

They lied to me almost immediately. They will tell you what you want to hear. Lies and foundations to charge more. DO NOT USE SEARCHBERG.

So now they left me a voicemail threatening to take legal action because of the review of my experience. When will it stop.

I signed up 3 weeks ago with Austin for a 3 hour coaching call and I havent had a single call scheduled. I would only get an email maybe every two days with questions but no results. The run around when the calls will be scheduled has been very annoying and disappointing. Do not use them as they will tell you everything you want to hear to get you signed up.

Don't believe them when they do their marketing lie in 30 days you see results. Just bla, bla, bla. I didn't get any leads in 30 days! And besides that: they guarantee to get back your money. They don't. 400$ in vain.

This company is a total rip off. They will keep taking out of money from your Credit card even though you already drop them off because of all fraud and scammed they promised to do but only to take your money for nothing. Do not trust this guys...

STAY FAR AWAY! I used Searchberg for a few projects and let me explain the situation with one and why you should NOT work with the company.

#1 Your project manager will always be in a meeting when you call, since the time I signed up with them, I have had 3 different project managers and the issue is the same, they will never be readily available when you call, then the receptionist will tell you that they will get a message over to them and they will call back but NO, they won't call back they will send an email. They keep switching project managers, this says a lot already.

#2 I purchased a website, with 1 year of maintenance, they should make it clear before you sign up that maintenance is NOT website edits, it's simply making sure your website is up and running (which doesn't take much time or effort), and any further changes you may need, ex: need product, title change, price change, etc, will come at an extra cost. OK, fine, let's say I was aware of this and was okay with it, when it comes time for me personally to enter the WP backend to make my own changes, I can not access the entire backend because they used a paid theme and kept the credentials for themselves. So pretty much, to enter the backend of the installed theme that they purchased to create the site, I need the credentials for it, I asked them for it considering the website is MINE and I paid for FULL OWNERSHIP of it, they are requesting I pay to get the credentials for the theme backend. SO now, I am stuck in this circle where they tell me I need to pay for further edits or do the edits myself, then I try to do the edits myself, and OH! I can't because I don't have access to it. What a pickle.

#3 Their communication is extremely poor and email responses take several days.

#4 They do not provide any additional value. They won't provide recommendations on how to make your website better, nothing. As a matter of fact, they literally do what you tell them and if you are not a website expert they will create a poorly designed site based on your requests when in fact, a trustworthy agency would give pointers as well as provide feedback on why certain things should NOT be done on your site.

#5 They promise mobile-friendly sites and DO NOT produce it. I have requested over several weeks to have my website edited based on what I paid for, MOBILE FRIENDLY, and they ignore my requests.

Do not do business with them.

There is absolutely no difference in the traffic to my website in the three months that they've been working on SEO. In much worse is when they claim they do website and it's been three months of absolutely getting nowhere. You can never ever speak to a person how can you work on designing a website when you can't even speak to the person. You send emails you get a response days later. Basically I did the website I have to get every piece of content and they can't even put it in the right categories under the right tabs because there's no communication. I have to undo all the horrible things that they have done to get this done the right way and it end up costing three times the amount. The worst mistake is dealing with these people there is no dealing with them because you can't talk to anybody

I was a customer of Searchberg. Signed on with the guarantee to stop at any time - no questions asked.

After we started it turned out that searchbergs' offer was very expensive and I wanted to stop within the first 30 days.

Then the trouble started. They twisted everything around and tried to keep me in. Endless telephone calls led to nothing. All money back? No way.

You will be talking to their sales guys who will say what you want to hear. Once you give them the contract, you can never ever talk to the sales guy who promised everything. The people who you then deal with don't meet deadlines and keep giving excuses and asking for more time. I paid them a down payment and they were supposed to finish the work in 2 weeks. 3 months later, they delivered nothing and were still asking for more time. I then sent them a legal notice to terminate the contract and ask for my money back. Never heard from them and did not get my money back. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! COMPLETE SCAMMERS!

Consider this letter as notice to cease all social media marketing campaigns on my behalf.

Beginning December 23,2019 to January 6,2020, I paid Searchberg $1,675 to rework a website, reformat a 114 page ebook and social media marketing setup / research.

From February 6,2020 to date, I have paid $800 for a Searchberg social media marketing campaign and $736 in Facebook ads for a Total of $1,536. Five months of Searchberg's social media marketing campaign has resulted in 31 sales for a total of $155! Projected goals were 1000 sales per month.

I have received weekly and monthly reports stating that Searchberg is doing a good job and be patient. I simply cannot afford to be patient any longer.

The bottom line is that I have spent $3,211 with Searchberg and have received $155 as a return on my investment of time and money!

I reviewed the Searchberg website this morning and I must admit is a great website! It makes great promises and guarantees! It is what got my attention and commitment as a client.

My Searchberg experience has monetarily been dismal and disappointing to say the least with regard to promises and guarantees made on the website and by contact personnel.

Please advise if I am entitled to any recourse and how I go about taking control of my website and ebook.

What a bunch of rip off artists. Look them up on pissed consumers to get the whole story. These reviews are written by the company itself. Thus the bad English writing.

They do not live up to promises and they do not refund you your money in the end. Run as far away as you can from this company. The package sounds great for the price but they do not deliver. I've been with them for two months with 0 results.

Poor content, broken promises and the staff no habla ingles! If you don't know the difference between two, too and to, you shouldn't be in content or SEO business, much less charge like a premo company.

They called last week demanding more money to get my site that they declined the traffic to almost nil back to page 1 of Google SERPS. Like, hell I would.
