Despite having a refund policy, they will not honor it and work with you. Instead, they will ban your account and refuse to work with you for a refund request. Check if the reloading system is functioning before going ahead with your purchase, in the event you need coins urgently. Maintenance work can take up to a day. Refunds are offered in the form of store credits, and they cannot be withdrawn, at least for non-Malaysian payment modes as I was told.

This is a fake site guys, please don't use it. I brought valorant points using bitcoin and guess what my transaction never went through. I cancelled many times and tried again and it never works. When I reached out to the customer service team, they just told, "We have reported this issue, to tripleA" or something like that and nothing happened lol. Please don't use this site and go to some where else which is more genuine.

To be honest, it is very inconvenient!
They require you some private informations in order to proceed it when your residential area and payment channel doesn't match with their data.
Cannot risk giving my personal info just for some game card purchase.
Also, misleading product information.
They say that codes will be automatically delivered but in actual, you need to contact their CS live support.
Refund is not also easy as they also require private data.
My payment was accepted easily but refunding it will eat your time and effort.
CS Live Chat is also not helping. They reply fast but it's like they don't care.

The payment method this site provides are shady as hell, i would stay far away from them. It use to accept credit card/paypal which can protect customer if and issue or file a dispute. Now they accept payment methods that leave no trace and non refundable.
I bought 2 steam card and successfully paid with paynow and now it say is unpaid there is delay in payment my bank clearly state successful transferred. They cant even provide customer with their UEN number to assure customer paying to legit account.
