It was Good. However I don't like to be made to leave a review when I don't want to.
The swimsuits are nice but the return policy make it really difficult for the customer to buy and return items easily. You have to send and email to customer service and wait for a response. And they take a long time to respond. It is very annoying. They need to implement a easier way to return items like other stores do.
The website could definitely use a UX upgrade. It's hard to search and filter through. The shipping and tracking was horrible. The tracking information wasn't registered and didn't work until the day that it was delivered nearly 3 weeks after my order was placed.
Product is of good quality and fit is true to size. The only piece of criticism is the different suits fit slightly different from each other.
The swimsuit is cute and I need a different size. Seafacy website says I need to email them for instructions on how to request an exchange. I have emailed them 3 times in 7 days and have not received any response whatsoever. Not happy.
Considering where the merchandise was shipping from, I consider this par for the course. I thankfully didn't have any troubles with shipping. I also didn't need to contact customer service for any reason.
Took a long time for the company to respond regarding an item I wanted returned. In the end I would have paid more for shipping than what I paid for the item so I kept the item but will have to donate it
I ordered 3 suites after taking all my measurements and going with a small. The tops in all of them should have fit according to the size charts but the cup size was WAY too large for a small and made them fit awfully. I wanted to return 2 of them as the tops are unwearable but the process is difficult and you have to pay shipping so I am going to attempt to take them in. Unless they separate the tops and bottom I will not purchase here again as the small tops would easily fit a D cup and I am no where near that.
So with seeing mixed reviews online and with all of the videos being sponsored by the company, I was a little hesitant with ordering a suit from SeaFancy. However, upon arrival I was very pleased with the quality and fit of my swimsuit. I got one of the board short bikinis and I am in love with it. It is very flattering to my body and has become my favorite swimwear I own. I ordered a size M and am 5'7" and 149lbs. It fits perfectly. I will be ordering another one next week for an upcoming vacation.
This is as shows. The size was perfect. I'm 5'5" and average at 140. I have gotten a medium in all 3 and they fit perfectly. They aren't cheap feeling at all. They look the same as advertised. Great purchase.
I was nervous as I am not usually impressed with swimshort sets, but I am OBSESSED with this one. The shorts have built in compression shorts underneath that keep you from chafing and the entire set is incredibly comfortable. It is the perfect material and isn't heavy when you get out of the water and dries as fast as a bikini or one piece swimsuit. Absolutely recommend! It arrived after about 10 days and I couldn't be happier!
The bikini came as described. It fit true to size, however the outer section on the legs was not as loose as the images. But it still looked good on, and was good for swimming. It arrived very promptly.
When I tried to return the bathing suit that didn't fit, it was a complete hassle. I was first asked to take a discount when I said no, I was offered a further discount. When I said I still want to return, I was told I had to pay for shipping which is absolutely fine. However, the product was shipped to me from within Canada but, I was told I would have to return it by registered mail to the United States. The whole process was incredibly suspect and disappointing. I will never order from the seller again.
I would appreciate filters so I can narrow down options. I would also like the opportunity the purchase separates vs. sets.
I ordered this swimsuit, hoping to get in time for a vacation which was a reasonable amount of time for this package to arrive. I checked the status and the shipment was unfulfilled for around 2 weeks. I had reach out to customer service a few times regarding the shipment and an approximate delivery date. No answer. The package ended up delivering after my trip, which I'm not saying is an error on Seafancy, but I needed to return the item since it was the wrong size. I've now reach out 3 times in the last week for them to help with the return process with nothing for a response. I am pretty frustrated with the whole process.
Took a few weeks, eventually came. Customer service was prompt.

The shorts were a little tight so I emailed to return them — there's no link for returns, you just email the company. I had to send a pic of the crotch sticker and they offered me 30% back to just keep it. It feels scammy and weird to email with them. It feels unprofessional. I'm nervous working with them.
Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
