Terrible experience - it should be disclosed that return process is overseas not internal. Do not recommend. Bathing suits are hard to buy online so poor return experience is making it not want to shop online at all.

Shipping took a little long. A full 15 days. But I love the swim suit

Though the delivery took a lot longer than expected, the suits are lovely and true to the photos. I do need to exchange one for a smaller size though, and the return process seems lengthy and confusing

I have requested a return for the three items that I purchased and have not received a response. I am out $100 and have three bathing suits that are too short in the torso and cannot be worn. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

This is the most comfortable swimsuit I have had and is perfect to take my boys swimming.

I loved that the website has discount codes the shopper can use without being hidden. The quality and variety of the bathing suits were surprising and I would have bought more if I could. I also loved that after receiving my purchase I recieved a follow up email asking if I received my purchase. I will definitely buy from here again

Little difficult to navigate, says I would get a discount to enter a code, and never had the option to enter the code.

Shipping dates and order communication was unclear. I received the suits way later then quoted on the site.

When I received the suits, they are great quality and fit perfect. They are super comfortable. I would buy again in the future.

It has been a month since my order and I still haven't received my items. I messaged customer service and they said oh that one isn't in stock anymore but will send the other part of your order. It has been 15 days since then and still no delivary or not acknowledgment of shipment. I messaged them again and no response.

The swimsuit is pretty good quality, but the color is more of a green color and not teal, which was a small bummer. The shipping took longer than it was supposed to, but other than that, it's great. Again, good quality and the swimsuit is really cute!

The suits are cute and inexpensive. Not all of them fit as I had hoped, but that's the case with a lot of swimsuits. My biggest issue is the challenges I had communicating with the company. Their website says they respond to emails in 24 hours, but it was 5-7 days each time I reached out. And when I wanted to return two of the suits they really gave me the runaround... asking me to upload pictures of the suits, telling me I had a limited window to get back to them but not responding themselves within that window, offering me a partial refund to keep the suits, getting three different responses from three different people to the same question, etc. It was really frustrating. That experience will keep me from ordering from them again.

Received the swimsuit set. Good quality, reasonable shipping time. Ordered a Small and wish we could have purchased the pieces separately so that different sizes could have been purchased. Purchased a small and needed an XS in the top.

The suits aren't quite as nice as pictured. One suit I got had completely different straps and customer service couldn't even see how different the suit was. The other two are fine, and I'll use them, but I'm still trying to get the third suit resolved after three business days.

I love the colors, the fit, and material! It's easy to put on, and comfortable!

I've received my item and they look to be in good condition but I was very nervous for over a month and a half until I received my item. I'd contacted customer support as it took over a week to even get a follow up email regarding order status. They then told me it was out of stock and I could request a refund. I looked at the reviews and many said poor quality, used, poor customer service, so I asked for the full refund. After 3 days, I was then notified the order was now in stock and on its way. I didn't want it anymore if it was going to be poor quality but they refused to cancel it because they'd shipped it. So I had to wait another several weeks for the order to finally arrive. It appears to be good quality and support was willing to offer the 15% first order discount which was the only reason I'd ordered anyways but discount wasn't applied, I assumed user error on my part but they're honoring that for the sake of poor communication. Overall, won't order from here again.

I was sad that the top was to big, but the shorts are wonderful and so so comfy

Ok easy- hope I will receive the product soon and it will be as the picture. Check with me after I receive it!
LIked the style in the picture- in reality, the fabric was thinner than it seemed in the picture, and the swimsuit was too big. I cannot be bothered to send it back. Last time I'm buying a swimsuit on line!

Buying products was OK but when I would check tracking, they never knew where it was or when it would be delivered. And then suddenly it was here. So it would be a better experience with more communication about where the package is and when it will be delivered.
