I ordered according to the size chart and it seems to fit well. I'm usually nervous to buy swimwear without trying it on but I like what I ordered. I wish I knew the shorts I ordered were not swimsuit bottoms but I will still wear them. I was nervous I did not see reviews on individual swimsuits on the website but it worked out.

I purchased items at the end of March and they still haven't arrived at the end of April. Customer service states they were out of stock but then they were sent. I did receive a tracking # but they haven't moved.
I contacted customer service to arrange for a return and this is where I was really frustrated. They offered me 30% refund to keep the swimsuits, then when I said no, they offered me a 50% refund to keep the swimsuits. Also, I had to pay my own postage. I also had to send a photos of the crotch section of both suits to show I had not removed the hygiene pad. I sent off the suits and gave them the tracking number.I have yet to hear from them regarding my refund. I will never order from this company again.
I really need a different sized top from bottom; however you don't offer this option so I had to order two different bathing suits in different sizes. However, the discount made the two bathing suits affordable

I have not received my order and have asked for a refund. I have only received a partial refund at this point. I have not received great communication as it takes about 2 weeks for a response to an email to returned.
The shipping time they predict is 7-15 days try 4-6 weeks! I ordered about 17 days before my trip and received half of my order a week after I returned and I'm still waiting for the other half I emailed to cancel the items that hadn't arrived and they said they couldn't and that I would have to pay for shipping to return when they did arrive at this point I'd rather trash them at least they are only $35. I will not order from here again. The suits are ok some fit weird and aren't flattering. My daughter ordered some and they are cute so I don't know.
I received an email saying this was delivered weeks ago, but it was not. When I tried to reach out via email to seafancy, my email was not delivered because the email address that seafancy supplied for customer service cannot receive emails. Don't buy from them, they will take your money and not give you the product.
I was very pleased with the quality, and the shipping time. I was skeptical ordering from a FB ad, but went to their website, and felt confident I would get what I ordered. I was very pleased with the delivery, and the fit is just right!
I put an order in on 22/6/23 and have heard nothing from them about my order or when I can expect a delivery. I have attempted to email them, but still no answer to my questions. I will have to cancel my order if I don't hear anything soon. If you have the same problem I don't think you will hear from them.
Initially, I had an issue with the sizing on the Beautiful jungle floral tankini swimming suit that I ordered so I reached out to customer service. Amy, the customer service representative, was incredibly thorough, informative and helpful, even friendly! I could almost feel her smile in her words. I would happily purchase from this company again and am very pleased with the timing it arrived and as well as the product in which it arrived and the product received

My item was out of stock and the company was very hard to get ahold of I had to attempt to message them on social media after they ignored my email for a week. They finally told me after 4 weeks that my item was out of stock. After reading more reviews online I decided to play it safe and take a refund on my items.

Answer: Sea Fancy claims to have a return policy. They say to contact customer service in the event of a return. However, when I tried to return, customer service begged me to accept a 30% refund. When I provided a picture of the items I want to return and asked for a full refund, Seafancy has since ignored me and ghosted me. Additionally, seafancy has failed to provide the address to return the order to. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
