This was supposedly a free credit score check but ended up being a monthly 30 dollar sub that is not worth the price paid. Also, you have to cancel by either calling or chatting online which is more of a hassle than it should be.
I've talked to two people. Both were excellent. Byron, my more recent expert, was just great.
I tried score sense with the 7-day trial membership. Very simple to navigate and informative. But I decided to cancel because I have some work to do on my credit. I spoke with Reese, who was very professional. Although he offered two other options to continue the membership there was no pressure. And I received my cancellation email right away. Customer Service is EVERYTHING! Thanks, I will refer my friends.

Yah u sign up for 7 day trial n all 3 reports come up thats great but then monthly is 29.95 = 360 a year they dont want u to add up the numbers. I was promised a reduction to 5.95. Per month which was great n well worth it but they misrepresented it. You only get a monthly update so they dont refresh but once every 30 days. That suks when ur trying to improve credit score makes the. Plan worthless

Confusing. I was not sure if it was truly a free service. Because I was without a home computer for several years, I had not checked my credit reports and ratings for quite some time. The format and all are very different from what I remember.
It was a simple process and very complete. There were some items that were not accurate but I intend to get them corrected.
I wanted to cancel my membership because I've only use it once and they kept charging my account. When I called the FIRST time, one of the customer service representatives that answered was being a bit rude when I tried to get my membership cancelled, they kept offering me discounts and was basically trying to get me to stay, but I didn't want to and kept repeating that I just want the whole thing canceled; however he had the AUDACITY to tell me that I didn't care about my credit and etc, which was very unprofessional. He hung up on me after I refused his other offer that he made. I understand people get bad days, but saying those things like, " I didn't care about my credit" was very uncalled for and rude.
I called again and talk to another representative who was more professional, helpful, understanding. He immediately canceled my membership with no problem at all! :)

Company is legit. It does provide a comprehensive credit history and is able to explain a) what the numbers actually mean, and b) how to improve them if desired. Cancelling the subscription required a phone call (no website option), but that was done in less than 10 minutes. All I needed to do was call up, explain I wanted to cancel, listen to two additional offers and that was it. So long as you are polite but firm, canceling is really easy.
It was super easy and didn't take too much time as I thought it would. Just a few clicks and I wad in. Saw my results right away.

Very easy to enroll and get my credit report. I have always had a good experience with ScoreSense. So easy to use.
Havent went through everything yet but the site is user friendly and easy to maneuver. Lots of things to help with viewing or rebuilding your credit.
I paid a single 1 dollar a year ago to get my credit checked. This is usually how much it costs everywhere online. 2 years later I receive a receipt saying I just paid 25.95. What?! This is the first time I even saw Scoresense charging me for anything. I have a track of all of their emails and this is the first time I was told they are charging me after 2 years. $725 dollars. I have to wait 5-7 days for corporate to get back to me to attempt to get my refund. This is a despicable and dishonest practice. Know for a fact that the company receives most of their money from poor souls who pay a dollar and don't realize they signed up for some sort of fake garbage credit membership.
