Why r u taking money from my acct. When i do NOT have an acct with u? I cancelled two months ago and last month u returned my fee and here you go again. Except this month your unauthorized withdrawal has cost me bank fees in the amount of 36.00. You need to close my acct again and return my money... NOW. I have already contacted your home office. The next call will be to the FTC and FCC and anyone else I can think of.
