Easy to choose and purchase tickets. Best price when compared to other sales sources. Will definitely use again.
I bought tickets for a bad omens concert and it took them THREE MONTHS to send my tickets electronically. They waited up until the weekend of the concert to send them and when I called each month they said "the venue isn't releasing these tickets yet". Talk about anxiety central. The tickets were nearly $500 and a birthday gift and I had to wait three months to see if I got scammed or not. I saved about $20 buying the tickets from scorebig but it wasn't worth the $20 for what I paid in absolute stress. All of my friends who bought these tickets from other sites had them sent within 4 days of purchase. DO NOT USE SCOREBIG unless you're cool with your money just hanging in the air for months. They also didn't send them to my email. They sent them to an AXS app as delivery but didn't say that anywhere while purchasing the tickets. I only found out I had to download the axs app when I called multiple times to inquire about my tickets. Had I not called, I wouldn't have known where they even sent my tickets to. Sept. 2023.
I don't understand how service fees add up to $40 more to the selling price. Maybe that's not a problem towards the score big team though I'm not fond of this system.
Ticket prices are amongst the lowest but fees are a bit higher than the other sites. After purchase the delivery/transfer instructions and time frames were relatively unclear and did not fulfill my expectations. Fortunately the ticket transfers happened quickly and with no problems largely because it was handled via Ticketmaster transfer.
Had a stressful experience, bought tickets for the whole family (14 of us), to go to the last game of the season, Red Sox vs. Yankees. Had already purchased and received 10 tickets, but had to wait until almost the last minute to receive the last 4 tickets (was told that the seller was the hold-up, because they did not make the tickets available until after many attempts to contact), a stressful experience.
Electronic tickets weren't transferred until about 5 hours before the event which made things very tense. Took two phone calls to ScoreBig support to get info on when the tickets would be delivered. More communication and detailed ticket tracking would be an improvement.
We enjoyed the game. Seats were good, weather was nice, and the game was exciting. However, I did not appreciate paying $11.50 per ticket fee. I am not going to buy tickets from scorebig again.
I always make sure to check a few sites when looking for tickets. I will usually end up a getting them from here because after all the fees the prices are pretty close. I still find it absolutely infuriating that there is a "delivery fee" on top of the service fee for downloading tickets. I at the very least what to have the name changed to anchorage the absurdity of that idea.
Other then the poorly named fee, I like the service. I wish there were a better way to compare multiple show times and dates. It would be nice not to have to flip back and forth to compare prices for different times.
Concert was great but seating was not what I had hoped to get for the amount of money that I spent. Please give customers better deals in the future.
Scorebig was a great site for tickets because of the "name your own price" gimmick or that the price listed was the price you pay. However, it is now nothing more than a ticket master lite. Disappointing.
I ordered my tickets in March and did not get them until August (2 days before the concert). This seemed super sketchy because when I eventually got the tickets sent to me in an email I just needed to print them out on my computer. Why couldn't I print them out in March or even a month before the concert? I called Score Big a week before the concert and they person I talked to was great and he let know that the tickets would be sent to me two days before the concert. This was new information to me and if I knew this before I would not have been so worried about getting my tickets on time. Overall, I got my tickets and had a great time. I just wish there was a little better communication about when and how I would be receiving my tickets.
My tickets were for a game at Wrigley Field. At the time of purchase I was told by seller that tickets would be available for download 4/29. They were not. I emailed seller and got no response. 46 hours prior to the event, I was emailed instructions on how to download the tickets via MLB app. A lot of anxious waiting could have been avoided if seller had given clear and accurate directions at time of purchase. I also bought similar tickets for another game at Wrigley (same series) from Stub Hub and they were cheaper.
The interface was pleasant and easy to use. However, I wish the fees had been stated up front, instead of being surprised with the incredibly high fees at the end. Other similar sites provide an option to view price with fees early in the process so that you can see your all in cost. Without this is felt it was more of a bait and switch.
Not as good a value as in past. Seats were in outfield at prices we previously paid for first or third base.
Very disappointed by your lack of transparency regarding fees. In excess of $50 USD per ticket is outrageous for a service fee. Really my $179 ticket (which i thought was a bargain) was $229 as stated on my ticket. Be more transparent and you'll get better ratings.
On the plus side, the customer service on the phone was very helpful.
It was very confusing on how tickets are delivered & how to accept the tickets because they come from another party. I didn't know to accept the tickets from the other party so it was a long process to have them cancel my order and reprocess our tickets. Finally got things figured out.
I'm not sure if I'll use this sight again because it wasn't much cheaper than had I bought it from Ticketmaster. Was surprised to see the expensive service fee. Finally I called for clarification regarding my tickets and seemed too wait exorbitantly long.
Miss the old Scorebig way of doing things. Having to buy a ticket off of another person, get charged "convenience" fees and "handling" fees almost double the amount I spent. If it wasnt for the great game we witnessed, I probably wont be buying much from Scorebig.
In Jan. I purchased tickets to Opening Day for the Minn. Twins. Having worked through ScoreBig previously and gotten good rates I booked through them again. When I got the tickets I had purchased at $24 each the tickets were listed with a $14 ticket cost. I was surprised because that was the price the Twins were selling them at and I was not expecting a HIGHER price from ScoreBig. I may not have checked as close as I should have, but I sure WILL from now on.
I waited many days to receive my tickets. I spent 1 hour between 2 phone calls on Friday 10th and the event was 11th. I was really concerned in not receiving them and on Friday they told me in each phone call that I will be receiving the tickets shortly. I didn't. I have to call next day to know what was everything about, and Quentin who helped me out with this in question of minutes he confirmed me that tickets were already be sent to my inbox.
But also I believe that the fee for service is really high... per ticket
The seats I choose for the Mariner game were very good. I was surprised that there was a service fee AND a delivery charge... the ticket was emailed to me and I had to print it so I don't get the delivery portion. All said and done it was nearly within a buck or 2 of the price from the ballpark ticket gate.
Seats close to 20 yard line while on site looked close to 50 yard line. Service charge way to high--$130 for 2 tickets. Let me know service charge at beginning rather than very end of purchase. Delivery was good.
Score big is a very easy site to use. The service fee was a little high I thought. The delivery method wasn't made very clear to me. I had to email customer service to ask how to get my tickets. But it worked out in the end
$21.87 EXTRA JUST TO HAVE TICKETS EMAILED AND STILL HAVE TO PRINT TICKETS. THATS WAY TOO MUCH. SCOREBIG HAS DEF. CHANGED OVER THE YEARS.
Ended up getting in and everything was fine, but tickets initially didn't work and were sent to the box office to get our tickets checked out.
