Positive highlights

  • AWESOME, GREAT SEATS, GREAT PRICE, I TOOK MY BROTHER WHO WAS HOME FROM THE NAVY AND HE HAD A GREAT TIME.
  • I got really good seats at face value for the Pittsburgh Pirates vs.

Critical highlights

  • HAD I KNOWN THAT PAPER TICKETS WERE NOT ACCEPTED THERE I WOULD HAVE CALLED AND SET UP THE PROPER PROCEDURE!
  • I still find it absolutely infuriating that there is a "delivery fee" on top of the service fee for downloading tickets.

Easy to choose and purchase tickets. Best price when compared to other sales sources. Will definitely use again.

“Don't Buy From Here!”

I bought Coachella tickets for this past April 2020. Coachella ended up cancelled completely this year and the site says 100% refund if an event in cancelled. They will not refund me, saying it's been postponed until 2021. However Coachella always takes place each year so this year is not a postponement it cancelled. Still fighting for a refund.

Due to a certain circumstance I was unable to attend it with my girlfriend, thus having to give up my ticket to my girlfriend's mother. I'm glad to hear they both enjoyed it for the fact that it was her first time seeing a ringling circus event, but it will be her last due to the fact that they are no longer going to be doing shows. I called in your support hoping to have sort of chance to change it to the next day and paying whatever differences and charges that may need to be applied. Your support did absolutely nothing but tell me that they can't do anything because it was the day before and suggested I go towards Facebook and try selling it there. To me having a long history in working In customer support, shows lack of effort and retention. As much as I enjoy score big, I'm going to have to reconsider purchasing from the company. I want to ensure that the company not only provides me great prices in tickets, but the effort, compassion and understanding in a customer's unexpected situations.

I bought Diamond Club tickets to surprise my wife. I have bought from ScoreBig before wirh no issues. When I purchased theae seats, I receives notification an hour later the seller decided to cancel my transaction for an unknown reason. I feel the seller should be in contract when selling the tickets. The seller should I either have to sell the tickets once sold or at least have a cancellation fee for the inconvenience. I mean I, the buyer, has to pay a ridiculous service fee when I buy the tickets. The seller should also be invested somehow.

I have been using ScoreBig for some time now. Early on, all my previous transactions had been quick, easy, and pain-free. ScoreBig was all about finding great tickets, with no hidden fees, no nonsense. I used to brag to my friends whenever I would snag some great Dodger tickets at a great price. Unfortunately, times have changed. It has been some time since I have used ScoreBig to go to sporting events. I haven't had much free time as of late. But when the opportunity came to go watch my favorite team, I decided to use my trusty ScoreBig to score some tickets. First off, the entire website had changed. It's not as easy to find events and/or tickets without having to go through multiple menus. Secondly, you can't bid on tickets anymore. Very disappointed in that. It used to be a sort of a surprise in knowing you spent what you wanted and getting lucky in getting great seats. Now that's gone. It's essentially like every other ticket marketplace out there. Lastly, hidden fees. I remember when ScoreBig was first around and they advertised no hidden fees. Now they charge you to download your tickets and print them yourself. And most disappointing of all, they make it really hard to find out that they charge you a service charge for tickets. And it wasn't cheap either! Originally, I found 2 tickets for $58. Add the $8 "Download" fee, and the $29 (!) Service charge, I ended up paying $153 in total, for 2 tickets! I will say, this will be the last time I get disappointed by ScoreBig.com

I figured I would try them instead of Stubhub. What a big MISTAKE! I bought tickets for the Cubs-Yankees series in May. I paid for 5 seats together and received 4 together and 1 in another section. For the next game, I bought 3 together, but the same problem occurred with 1 in a completely different section. I called and was told they would fix it in 72 hours. I called 3 weeks later, and they had no answer for me. The best part was after being on hold for 30 minutes, they hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager. He was just as rude, and he had no answers. He kept saying "well I wasn't the manager handling this." They told me to call back tomorrow because they have to give the seller 24 hours to respond. I asked what the hell did they do 3 weeks ago when I called? I asked if they even followed up when they did not get a response. The so-called manager was clueless This was the worst customer service I have ever had. They obviously do not want my future business. I will definitely go back to Stubhub because I have never had a problem with them.

Edit:
After receiving the run around and being on hold for a total of 3 hours, I received confirmation my seats are together. Apparently Wrigley Field has an odd numbering system to its Aisle and Seat Numbers. The woman I talked to actually took the time to figure it out for me (4th time calling). I think her name was Callan, and she had only been there a month. She got a manager to resolve my situation and got the answers I needed. My question is why did it take me calling 4 times? This took way too long to figure out. I will not be using this website again. I will stick with Stubhub.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid at all cost.

I purchased tickets to the Dallas vs. Denver game, the day that the tickets were released for sale. My tickets included the pregame tailgate that allowed early access to the stadium startin at 1030 am. Two of my tickets were delivered via email I a timely fashion. I contacted my ticket point of contact gird before u went to the field, I was assut d my ticket would arrive prior to the stadium opening. I arrived at the stadium at 1045, still with the third ticket unissued. However, the third ticket was delivered at 1130 (45 minutes of me and my party standing outside) the day of the game after several challenges and phone calls. The details of the issues are not important, however the delay in receiving my ticket and the location of what I was promised and what I actually received are the problem. Due to the time I received the third ticket, I was unable to enjoy the tailgate and the third person in my party was in a different section although the initial ticket promised was supposed to be right behind the other two. With the overvalue ticket price and associated fees I paid, I expected to at least receive my tickets on time and as promised.

Weather was unbearable cold. Had to leave in fourth inning as hypothermia was setting in. Tickets that I paid over $100 each for were available on StubHub on game day for $20.

I was shopping for tickets to a game and found the perfect seats. I ordered them and headed to the game a couple days later. Those perfect seats? They weren't.

Apparently when I clicked on the area for the tickets I thought I was ordering, the site switched the sections. They were a similar price so I didn't realize until I got there. Not using this site again.

I bought the tickets and looked at the pictures of where the tickets were suppose to be. When I got to the stadium seats where at the top row and on the opposite side of the picture. The picture showed on the third base side have way up. In reality I was on the first base side at the top row. Very disappointed with the tickets.

Ordered tickets with a special last minute delivery available. Had to call Scorebig multiple times and still couldn't get an update on where my tickets were and how I could pick them up. Did not get an update until a few hours before the event and had to call/text the person I would be meeting with the tickets multiple times. It was a very frustrating experience and I would not do it again. I was told multiple times I would be contacted by the person with the tickets and never was.

I bought mobile tickets months in advance for a Red Wings vs Predators game in Nashville on 2-17-18. I was informed the tickets would come several days before the event. I called on 2-14-18 and was advised the tickets would arrive on 2-15-18 and I should download the Scorebig App at the iTunes store to receive them. There is no such App and the tickets did not arrive as promised. I called again on 2-15-18 and was told they would send an e-mail to the ticket seller and get them released. I was promised the tickets would arrive on 2-16-18 and they did not come. I had to call twice on 2-17-18. On the first call, I was told the ticket seller is in CA and because of the time difference, they could only send a follow-up e-mail, as the business was not yet open. On the second call that day, the tickets got released--none too soon. Unfortunately, I was placing these calls while on vacation and each call took about 30 minutes of my time, which could have been better spent. I learned a valuable lesson. Don't buy from scorebig.com, as they are dealing with many other entities and their customer service reps hands are tied, when it comes to getting access to the tickets. As for the seats at the venue--they were great! However, I was nervous right up to the day of the event, as to whether I would really be going, since the tickets arrived in the 11th hour.

I've used scorebig the last few years for my MLB tickets. Up to this year I've always been happy. I used the site for the first time this season, to learn the surcharges have been substantially increased. I also purchased tickets to receive a call the day of the game changing my seats. The new seats were further out but the price was the same. No offer to lower the prices. Due to the late notuce I had no choice but to take the new tickets. I will be looking for a new broker... if I'm going to be treated like a stubhub customer I my as well be one. I will no longer refer this site to friends

This is the second time I have bought dodger tickets and printed out the tickets and had the barcodes not work at the gate. That involves having to get Out of line and find the email and open the email and figure out how to scan the barcode on the phone and then how to get that to other members of my party who were not traveling with me. Was very time-consuming and made for a very unhappy start To the game. Not likely to buy tickets on ScoreBig again since there are so many other options in the printing sucks.
