The sale and service from Scientific sales was great. I placed this order as a Christmas present for my husband. The only reason I gave three stars for shipping was the item was packaged up immediately on 12-11 via usps click and ship ( which our business uses often as we are in SE Alaska), However it was not given to the mail carrier or post office until 12-16. That being said I would still rather have the option of usps service as opposed to ups or fedex as in our location the price for the later is double the postal service at times. The weather station was packaged up securely and arrived in tact. Thank You, my husband loves the unit.

I found the same item on Amazon after my purchase from you. The difference was about $20.00 but I rationalized that this product was one of your specific products and should there be any issue, the resolution world be satisfied more easily by your company. This was a gift to my son who lives in Florida. His old Oregon wireless weather monitor crashed and I decided that a more sophisticated unit would keep him busy figuring how to make it function. Thanks for the free and prompt delivery.
