Straight forward and simple. Thank you! I did however run into difficulty when I created an online account. I can not see my order or any of its details. It is as if I never placed the order. I did receive all emails about the order and I did receive my product on time and in excellent condition. Any help you can provide in this disconnect between order and online account would be greatly appreciated.
