Purchased boots as a Christmas present. They ran too large and on Jan 3rd requested an exchange. Quick and easy process for 99% of retailers and legit companies. Not Schultz. Exchange denied b/c not within 30 days of delivery. What? It was a Christmas present and the would not be tried on until after Christmas. Return policy not prominently displaced when making selection or finalizing purchase. Hidden down at the bottom of website. Dishonest foreign company that does not deserve American dollars.
I returned a pair of shoes because they did not fit. I went to the site and generated a return label, took that to fedex, and returned the whole package. They are now telling me that they can't track my return and are refusing to give me my money back. Their website generates a new return label every time you try to check on your return, so the tracking number they are using is new--not the one on my package. Instead of acknowledging that this is a glitch in their own site, they are making me pay for it. I will continue to pursue and refund, because this is theft. The shoes were cheap and ugly, and the customer service is worse.
They are bunch of thieves and liars!
International buyers beware! If you buy shoes from them, you won't be able to return it and you probably should have to return it, because the shoe sizes are so off! And, the cheap quality! If they allow you to make a return, they will return the half of the amount you paid! They will charge you for the delivery, for the return and won't pay your taxes back! Thieves! Shame!
