Purchased a Scholl battery powered Velvet Smooth Express Pedi unit for removing dry skin on the feet. After using it for a good half hour the built up dry skin on my heals was not much less than at the start. Switched to the old pumice board and did the job 100% in about 10 minutes. You would expect for around $30 it might do what they claim. I guess I was sucked in by the slick ad.
